You’ve come for the sunny South of France, and you’ll experience it at its finest here. From the living room, kitchen, and dining room, you can simply step through the French doors and find yourself on a partially shaded terrace, thanks to the pergola—blurring the lines between inside and outside, making it all feel connected.

Right under the pergola, just next to the kitchen, there’s a generous dining table with 8 chairs—perfect for enjoying a long lunch in the cool shade or an intimate dinner under the stars that stretches into the evening.

The pool itself is about 10 x 3.5 meters, with a sandy beach-like area to relax in. For peace of mind, it comes with a hardcover and an alarm system for safety. The sun terrace around it is stunning, with luxurious garden furniture on either side, including a comfy lounge set and sunloungers, each paired with their own umbrella. After a refreshing swim, rinse off under the outdoor shower, where you can adjust the water to your perfect temperature.

The view offers a mix of partial sea views, sights of the Les Issambres harbor, and the rolling green hills all around. The property is fully enclosed and offers parking for up to 4 cars.

The villa is nestled in a beautiful residential area, just a short drive from the beach and only 5 minutes by car from the heart of Sainte Maxime. The beach, Plage de la Nartelle, is just a stone's throw away. It’s a popular spot with several beach clubs, perfect for long, leisurely lunches. The bakery, large supermarket, and the center of Sainte Maxime are all easily reachable within 10 minutes by car.

Sainte Maxime itself is a vibrant village full of charming terraces, delicious restaurants, and unique shops. The wide sandy beaches, including the stunning Plage La Nartelle, are some of the best in the area. Here, you’ll find a variety of fantastic beach clubs, where you can dine al fresco late into the evening during the summer months. Just over a kilometer from the villa, there’s a beach with a sailing club.

And, of course, no visit to this area would be complete without a trip to Saint Tropez. On Tuesday mornings, make your way to the bustling and very lively Provençal market at Place des Lices, then head to one of the popular beach clubs for lunch.

If you’re feeling adventurous, you can cycle to either Saint Tropez or Sainte Maxime. The area has excellent bike paths, and you can easily rent bikes in Sainte Maxime.

Another must-see is the medieval village of Grimaud. Perched high on a hill, it offers panoramic views of the stunning blue bay of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Grimaud is known for its well-preserved townhouses in narrow medieval streets and its impressive castle ruins.
