The ground floor consists of the living room with a spacious and comfortable seating area, a dining area, a semi-open kitchen, and a bedroom. Large glass sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large oven, refrigerator with a freezer, a separate freezer, and a DeLonghi coffee machine with freshly ground beans. WiFi is available throughout the entire property. The entire house has air conditioning.

The villa has 6 luxurious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The layout is as follows: 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom on the ground floor at the level of the living area, and 3 bedrooms on the lower floor. On the lower floor, there is a second living room with a luxurious and comfortable seating area. This layout provides great privacy and makes this villa attractive for a vacation with, for example, two families.

All bedrooms feature a double bed measuring 180 x 200. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet), except for 2 (out of the 3) bedrooms on the lower floor, which share a bathroom (shower, bathtub, and toilet).

The villa boasts several terraces, some shaded and others perfect for sunbathing.

The primary terrace is adjacent to the living area and the private pool. Here, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez and the Mediterranean Sea. This part of the covered terrace features a luxurious lounge set in the shade, deluxe sunbeds, and an XL dining table with chairs. You can refer to the photos for a better visual representation of the terraces and outdoor furniture.

The bedrooms on the 1st floor have access to a spacious terrace with wide sea views, equipped with sunbeds, a lounge set, and luxurious seating. The bedrooms on the lower floor have access to a covered terrace with a modern round table and chairs. The swimming pool is located on the terrace adjacent to the living area and measures 10.5 by 5 meters with a depth of 1.44 meters. On the terrace, you'll also find an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, in addition to plenty of outdoor furniture.

The quality of the outdoor furniture is impressive, especially when combined with the exceptionally beautiful views from almost every seat.

There is ample parking space for 5 to 6 cars on the property.

The sandy beach of Plage Les Elephants is just a few minutes' walk away. Here, you can find several excellent beach clubs where you can enjoy lunch and have a delightful and cozy dinner in the summer. Please note: when walking back to the villa, the path goes uphill. Since the villa is situated at a higher elevation, the return walk may require a bit of effort.

The lively and bustling village of Sainte Maxime, with its charming terraces, quaint streets, a variety of shops, and a wide selection of restaurants, is only a 5-minute drive away.

Furthermore, from the harbour of Sainte Maxime, you can reach the glamorous St. Tropez by boat in just 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity, there are several beautiful golf courses and charming towns to visit, such as Grimaud, Cogolin, and Roquebrune.
