The villa features a stylishly furnished and spacious living room with a luxurious seating area and a robust wooden dining table that seats eight. For entertainment, there is a large XL flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is modern and fully renovated in Provençal style. It is a separate, closed kitchen located on the garden side of the villa, directly to the right of the entrance. It offers all modern conveniences, including an induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. A separate laundry room behind the kitchen also features brand new washer and dryer, also with an additional fridge for convenience.

The recently refurbished living room includes an open fireplace and gives direct access to the sun-drenched south-facing terrace through large sliding doors. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view – truly a stunning panorama.

A distinctive detail is the unique plasterwork throughout the villa: the walls feature a characterful, wave-like finish, adding an authentic and charming ambiance.

The villa offers a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms, spread across the main house and a separate guesthouse.

Bedroom 1, (first floor): Located in the charming tower with beautiful views from its private balcony. The bed is a double (180x200 cm), and the en-suite bathroom includes a shower, sink, bathtub, and toilet.

Bedroom 2, (ground floor): This bedroom has a double bed (2x90x200) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination and sink. Separate toilet in the hallway.

Bedroom 3, (ground floor): Equipped with a double bed (160x200), en-suite bathroom with bathtub-shower combination, sink, and toilet.

Guesthouse (private entrance): Offers two bedrooms, a sitting area, and a small kitchenette. The sitting room, with an XL TV, is ideal as a TV lounge – perfect for children to cool off indoors during the warm midday hours.

Bedroom 4, (guesthouse): Double bed (160x200) Bedroom 5, (guesthouse): Children's room with two single beds (80x200). Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a simple bathroom with shower, sink, and separate toilet. Please note that the comfort level in the guesthouse is more modest compared to the main house.

Situated in a quiet, residential villa district just a short distance from the vibrant center of Sainte-Maxime It’s an ideal spot for families with older children: they can easily walk to the village for an evening out, while you enjoy the peace and comfort of your own private holiday villa. Please note: as is common in the South of France, the terrain is slightly hilly.

From the living room, the villa offers direct access to the terrace and the sunny, level garden beyond. The garden ensures maximum privacy, with its stunning centerpiece: a spacious private pool (approx. 11 x 5 m), perfectly positioned to make the most of the panoramic views.

Adjacent to the pool is a generous sun terrace – a wonderful spot to relax while taking in the sea view. For outdoor dining, there is a garden table with eight comfortable chairs under the covered terrace. A barbecue is, of course, available.

From both the garden and the terrace, the view stretches across the Bay of Saint-Tropez. This spectacular sea view is truly one of the highlights of the property. The characteristic Mediterranean umbrella pines – provide charming shade without obstructing the sea view whilst the pool enjoys sunshine the whole day.

Private parking for one car is available on the property.

From the south-facing terrace – directly connected to the living room, dining room, and kitchen – you overlook the shimmering water, with the iconic silhouette of Saint-Tropez in the distance. Each morning begins with a panorama that never ceases to amaze, and on lucky evenings, the sky above the bay is painted in golden and pink hues by the setting sun.

The villa’s location is equally remarkable: within walking distance of both the lively center of Sainte-Maxime and the beach. This charming seaside town lies directly on the coast and boasts a picturesque harbor. In the summer months, a ferry takes you from here to the heart of Saint-Tropez in just 10 minutes – no need to deal with the infamous coastal traffic jams.

Sainte-Maxime is known for its wide sandy beaches, lively boulevards, local markets, and inviting terraces. While it has a vibrant atmosphere in summer, the town remains attractive year-round thanks to its Provençal charm and excellent amenities.

Golf enthusiasts will also feel right at home here. Several golf courses are located nearby, including the beautifully situated Golf de Sainte-Maxime and the exclusive Golf Club de Beauvallon.
