The spacious living room has a big log burning fireplace and cool stone floors. The living room is cosy and offers a relaxing place to watch movies on the TV (or DVD) or curl up with a good book. The sofas are deep and comfortable. French windows opening to the garden and pool area.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an American refrigerator, microwave, oven/grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker. There is a utility room for all your laundry needs. 
At the gardenside of the livingroom you find a bar, the perfect place in the evening to enjoy a drink with a beautiful view over the pool, the garden and the bay of St.Tropez.

There are 4 bedrooms. At the ground floor in the new wing there are 2 very specious bedrooms, a bathroom (shower) and a seperate W.C. Both bedrooms offer king-size beds (180x200) and they share the bathroom. At the first floor you will find bedrooms 3 and 4 also with king-size beds (180x200). As on the ground floor, they share a bathroom (shower) and a seperate W.C. 

Within 5 minutes by car you are on the beach. From the living room and the kitchen you have direct access to a spacious terrace with sunshade ( automatic by remote control)

Around the private pool (10x5mtrs) there is a teak deck. You will really enjoy the landscaped garden with its beautiful outside furniture (seating area with an outside table and parasol) and some olive trees. The garden features an automatic sprinkler installation. The property is completely fenced, has an electric gate and offers sufficient parking places.

The location of this villa is a big plus! Quietly situated and only 5-10 minutes by car from the Sainte Maxime city centre and just 5 minutes by car to La Nartelle beach with its famous beach restaurants and bars. From Sainte Maxime you can take ferries to, for example, St. Tropez, you will really enjoy it. The distance from Nice airport by car is normally less than a hour. The drive to Saint Tropes takes around 30 minutes.
