Set on a slightly elevated position, the villa enjoys beautiful views towards the Golfe de Saint-Tropez across the green hills. Thanks to its large grounds, the property offers excellent privacy—perfect for combining nature and beach in one holiday. Several terraces provide both sunny and shaded spots.

A charming detail is the large tarp (shade sail) stretched between the old cork oak tree and the villa—an inviting, sheltered place for long lunches and dinners at the outdoor table. A barbecue is, of course, available.

The swimming pool is centrally located on a spacious sun terrace and measures 12 x 5 m. Sun loungers and parasols are ready for relaxed days by the water. On the south-facing side, towards the sea, you will find a stylish lounge set where you can fully enjoy the panorama. This is the kind of place where evenings naturally linger, as the sun slowly dips and a good glass of rosé is within reach.

It is practical too: in just about 5 minutes by car you will find the area’s largest supermarket, perfect for everyday shopping or a well-stocked arrival shop.

The town centre is around 10 minutes away. From the harbour, there are also regular scheduled boats to, among other destinations, Saint-Tropez. A wonderfully relaxed way to explore the coastline—without the hassle of parking.
