The villa is spacious and elegantly furnished. You enter through the modern separate kitchen, which provides access to the dining room, living area, and three bedrooms.

The living area is tastefully decorated with a large seating area, open fireplace, satellite TV, and a Bluesound sound system. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge, gas cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. From the kitchen, a door leads to a terrace with an outdoor dining table. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, featuring an extra-large dining table with eight comfortable chairs.

The villa offers five bedrooms and five modern bathrooms. All beds are brand new (2024) and feature luxurious bedding. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Three bedrooms are located on the main living level, one on the first floor, and one in the guest house, which can only be accessed via a separate entrance from outside.

First Floor: Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): Double bed (180x200 cm) with en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). This suite features a private balcony with breathtaking seaviews.

Ground Floor: Bedroom 2: Double bed (180x200 cm) with en-suite bathroom (shower and sink). French doors open onto the terrace.

Bedroom 3: Double bed (180x200 cm) with en-suite bathroom (shower and sink). French doors provide direct access to the garden and pool area.

Bedroom 4: Double bed (2x90x200 cm) with en-suite bathroom (shower and sink). There are also two separate toilets in the hallway.

The outdoor area is both spacious and exceptionally charming. The well-maintained garden, with olive trees on the terrace, creates a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. One of our favorite features is the covered terrace adjacent to the living area – the perfect spot to enjoy wonderful dinners on warm summer evenings.

The swimming pool measures 15 x 7 meters, and the expansive poolside terrace offers plenty of space for multiple sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is kept crystal clear with an electrolysis pump, meaning the water has a lightly salty feel. Compared to a chlorine pool, the water is softer, clearer, and completely safe for both skin and swimwear. For more details, check out our blog on saltwater pools.

The sun exposure is perfect – the villa and pool are south-facing. The large terrace is equipped with an XL lounge set and a spacious umbrella. From here, you can enjoy stunning views over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

One of the key advantages of this villa is that both the beach and the center of Sainte-Maxime are within walking distance, which is particularly convenient for older children. Additionally, next to the villa, you’ll find a spacious pétanque court, perfect for a friendly game of Jeu de Boules.

For tennis enthusiasts, the Tennis Club of Sainte-Maxime is just a few minutes away. There is also ample parking space for multiple cars.

The location of this villa is just perfect. It is situated in a peaceful, gated, and secured domain, just a few minutes from the beautiful promenade and beaches of Sainte-Maxime. The center of Sainte-Maxime is only 10 minutes away, and if you prefer, the beach is within walking distance.

From the harbor of Sainte-Maxime, several ferry services run to Saint-Tropez – a stress-free way to reach the famous market on Tuesday or Saturday mornings, avoiding the traffic jams.

The Nice Airport is typically about an hour’s drive from the villa.
