The villa is very spacious and has an open design. The first thing you notice when entering the villa is the beautiful view of the pool with the Mediterranean sea behind. 

Upon entering the living is located on the left and the kitchen on the right. The living is comfortable and contemporary furnished with, among other things, a sitting area, fireplace, satellite TV (TV Vlaanderen) and a Bose sound system. Very attractive: the living runs almost seamlessly into the terrace through the large sliding doors. Beautiful designer furniture, including Montis and Vitra, contribute to a luxurious holiday experience.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers, among other things, a fridge with freezer, 4 hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. In the kitchen you can sit at the large dining table suitable for 10 guests, from where you have a beautiful view.

The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and the other 4 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. Bedroom 1, on the ground floor, has a double bed (180x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).

The following bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed (180x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower). Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180x200). Bedroom 4 is suitable for children, here you find a bunk bed (2x90x200). Bedroom 5 has a double bed (2x90x200). A separate bathroom (shower, bath and toilet) is shared by the bedrooms 3, 4 and 5.

The villa is located only 5 minutes from the sea and beach. Both the living and kitchen offer direct access to the covered terrace as well as the sun terrace.

From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the bay of Saint Tropez. A wide choice of luxurious outdoor design furniture, such as furniture from Manutti and Tribu, completes the picture. From the kitchen you can immediately join the spacious Provençal dining table on the covered terrace, suitable for 10 guests. A wonderful place to sit out of the sun and enjoy breakfast, lunch or a delicious dinner. A BBQ (gas) is available.

The private pool (10x6m) is surrounded by a teak deck. On the sun terrace, around the pool, there are several luxurious loungers and luxurious parasols. You can enjoy the sun the whole day until late in the evening.

The luxurious and modern lounge set on the terrace is an extension of the inside living. A beautiful place to enjoy a drink in the evening with a beautiful view over the swimming pool and the Gulf of St. Tropez.

There is parking space for two cars.

The location of this villa is a big plus! Quietly situated and only 5-10 minutes by car from the Sainte Maxime city centre and just 5 minutes by car to La Nartelle beach with its famous beach restaurants and bars. From Sainte Maxime you can take ferries to, for example, St. Tropez, you will really enjoy it. The distance from Nice airport by car is normally less than a hour. The drive to Saint Tropes takes around 30 minutes.

There is a Brocante market in Sainte Maxime: Wednesday full day (until 6 pm) at the Promenade Simon Lorière.
