Through the entrance, you enter the spacious hallway. On the left, you'll find the kitchen. Via a few steps down, you will enter the living room. In the living room there is a beautiful seating area in front of the fireplace. You will find two comfortable sofas and two armchairs. The living room provides direct access to the terrace with the swimming pool through large sliding doors.

The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with all desired amenities, such as a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, and Senseo coffee machine. There is a beautiful oval dining table with 6 comfy dining chairs.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, of which 3 are en-suite. All 4 bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the ground floor and are equipped with air conditioning.

Bedroom 1, the parents bedroom, offers a double bed (180x200), an en-suite dressing room, and an en-suite luxury bathroom (walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink, and toilet). Bedroom 2 offers a double bed (160x200). The bathroom is private but not en-suite (walk-in shower, sink, and toilet).

Bedroom 3 has a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet). In Bedroom 4, there is also a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, and toilet). This bedroom also has a private terrace.

From the living you have direct access to the covered terrace through beautiful sliding doors. The main terrace is covered and has a spacious dining table with 8 chairs. Ideal for having lunch outside or enjoying freshly prepared dinner from the Weber BBQ. The corner lounge set is also on the covered terrace, a great place to be during the long summer evenings. If desired, you can use the available sun blinds. The garden with the flat lawn is perfect for children to play.

The private pool is located in the middle of the garden. The pool has an original shape of approx. 40 m2. and has an easy walk-in due to the roman steps. On the sun deck there is, in addition to the several sun loungers, a dining table with 2 benches. The ideal spot for a much near the pool! The sun location is excellent. If you like, you can sit in the sun all day. But there are also several seating areas in the shade where you can relax during you holiday.

There is sufficient parking space on site; under the carport or at the house.

One of the attractive things about this villa is the location. The villa is situated on a domaine just outside the bustling center of Sainte Maxime. Within approximately 10-15 minutes you will reach the village of Sainte Maxime and the famous beach La Nartelle with its great beach bars. From Sainte Maxime you can take a boat shuttle (Bateaux Verts) which takes you to Saint Tropez. The short trip itself is already a lot of fun. From the airport in Nice it is normally an hour drive to the villa. St. Tropez is a 30-minute drive away.

There is a flea market in Sainte Maxime: Wednesday all day (until 6 p.m.) on the Promenade Simon Lorière. There is also a flea market in Grimaud, every Sunday morning at the Jas des Roberts.

For tennis lovers, there are 2 tennis courts 300 meters from the villa. At 600 meters from the villa you will find a bakery for your fresh sandwiches and croissants.
