The cosy living room of the villa is situated on the first floor and is decorated with style. The living room is furnished with a sitting area, luxurious Charles Eames armchairs, television, DVD player and a dining table with 8 chairs. From the living room you walk through French doors onto the spacious covered terrace, which includes an enjoyable dining and a lounge area overlooking the swimming pool and garden. The semi open kitchen is an extension of the living room. The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, American fridge, oven, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen also includes a high table and stools. Stylish details and fun accessories feature in the villa.

There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the villa. All the bedrooms are air conditioned. On the first floor you will find the Master Bedroom with a double bed (2x80x200), a dressing room and a luxurious en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and toilet). The bedroom also offers direct access to the covered terrace.

The other 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor. Three bedrooms have a double bed (140x200). These south facing bedrooms all have access to the garden and pool area via French doors. At the beginning of the hallway you will find the larger and very quiet fourth bedroom, which also has a double bed (160x200). The bedrooms at the ground floor share two spacious bathrooms with double sinks and shower. There are also two separate toilets.Two childcots (60x120cm) are also available.

The location of the villa is unique because of its central positioning in a residential area near the sea (150 metres) and the centre of Sainte Maxime. Walking distance only 500 metres! This offers many advantages; think of walking to the bakery, pick up a newspaper or older children who like to go out at night.

From the living room and the Master Bedroom you have direct access to the covered terrace on the first floor. A great place to have dinner and spend the evening sitting on the cosy couch with a glass of wine in your hand! This terrace offers you a beautiful sea view! You can also opt for the pool house with its barbecue area, which are greatly enjoyable at night, particularly when the automatic garden and pool lighting system is switched on. The fully flat garden offers a lot of privacy. The large swimming pool (10x5 m) and the spacious terrace around the pool with sun loungers, provide ample space for all guests. There is a parking space on the property (including garage).

Unique to this villa is the possibility to walk to the center of Ste Maxime as well as to the beach. You can also walk to the ferry that will bring you to St. Tropez, without any traffic jams, within 10 minutes. No need to take the car and park.
