This is a very charming villa. We are particularly enchanted by the contrast between the classic Provençal architecture (thick wooden beams, stucco walls, and terrazzo floors) and the interior, which consists of luxurious, comfy designer furniture and accessories.

The living room is wonderfully spacious and features a modern seating area and a designer dining table. Double sliding doors provide access to the partially covered terrace. On the other side of the living room is the enclosed kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator (2), microwave, wine-refrigerator, freezer, cooktop and a fully automatic espresso-machine.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with new, luxurious beds and high-quality linens. The bathrooms are Provençal in style, featuring local colors like green, pink, and brown, which, in our opinion, beautifully complement the Provençal character of this home.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor, and 1 on the lower level. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Bedrooms 1 through 4 offer private balconies with views of the green hills and the Mediterranean Sea.

Ground floor (living area level): Bedroom 1 features a king size bed which can be made into two XL twins (90 x 220) or put together in a super king (180x220) with an en-suite bathroom (vanity, shower). Separate shared toilet adjacent to bedroom. This bedroom is air-conditioned.

Bedroom 2 features a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (vanity and shower). Separate shared toilet adjacent to bedroom. This bedroom is also air-conditioned.

First floor:  Bedroom 3 features a queen sized bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (vanity, bathtub, shower and W.C.).  This bedroom is air-conditioned. Bedroom 4 features a queen sized bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (vanity, bathtub, bidet, shower and W.C.) This bedroom is air-conditioned.

Lower level: Bedroom 5 features a double bed (140x200) and an en-suite bathroom (vanity, shower and W.C.). This bedroom is air-conditioned. 

The villa is situated on a spacious plot of 4,500 m² amidst lush greenery. The location is very peaceful. Upon entering, you'll enjoy an exceptional view of the green Pins Parasols trees stretching towards the Mediterranean Sea, thanks to the large glass sliding doors in the living area.

Along the long side of the villa, the terrace is partially covered and features elegant outdoor furniture in the shade—the perfect spot to enjoy a good book and the stunning view of the Bay of Saint-Tropez.

Both the living room and the kitchen have access to the large terrace and garden on the short side of the villa. At the center of the terrace, there's an oval dining table, as well as a second dining table near the plancha grill.

The abundant garden lighting adds a delightful touch. The garden's lush vegetation is beautifully illuminated in the evening, creating a magical atmosphere. The photos speak for themselves.

A convenient staircase leads you to the lower-level salt water swimming pool. The pool measures approximately 11 x 5.5 meters, with a depth ranging from 120 cm to 230 cm. The diving board adds extra fun. Around the pool, you will find various luxurious sunbeds and umbrellas. The grassy area on the short side of the pool is especially nice for the little ones (under supervision, of course). The view is impressively scenic.

At the back of the villa, there is a large jeu de boules court (XL size). This area also features a fixed ping-pong table. Stylish Fermob furniture completes this spot, which the owners often use for aperitifs.

Within 5 minutes from the house, there are several tennis courts belonging to the Domaine. You can also use them. 

There is ample parking on the fully fenced and secured property.

Quietly located in an exclusive domaine surrounded by greenery, yet within a short distance of the village of Sainte-Maxime and close to the beach. A beautiful combination.

Sainte-Maxime offers numerous restaurants, lively boulevards, and wide sandy beaches. The Plage de la Croisette is just a short distance from the villa. If desired, you can also easily walk to Sainte-Maxime via the newly renovated boulevard.

Additionally, from the harbor of Sainte-Maxime, you can reach the glamorous St. Tropez in just 10 minutes by boat. In the immediate vicinity, there are several beautiful golf courses and charming villages to explore, such as Grimaud, Cogolin, and Roquebrune. From Nice Airport, the drive typically takes about an hour.
