The spacious living room offers a panoramic view over the Gulf of St Maxime and the Mediterranean. The living room features a sitting area, fireplace, DVD player, radio / CD player and TV. In line with the living room you will find the open spacious kitchen. Through large sliding doors from the kitchen you access the covered part of the terrace. The kitchen itself has all amenities, 4 hobs, microwave, oven / grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. At the rear of the villa, the living room gives access to a small terrace. During summer this terrace provides a nice cool place in the shadow.

In total there are 5 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, the same level as the living room and kitchen. These bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower or bath. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, electric adjustable (160x200). Bedroom 2 has a Treca Imperial double bed (160x200). Bedroom 3 has two single beds (2x90x200). 

The master bedroom (bedroom 4) is on the first floor and features a double bed with 2 matrasses (2x90x200) an en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) and an own living with flatsceen TV and DVD player. Since this floor can be closed by a low fence this area is also suitable for parents with young children. From this bedroom / lounge you have access to the terrace on the first floor with a nice panoramic view. The format of the first floor (small living, master bedroom, en suite bathroom) makes it very suitble for parents with young children.

Bedroom 5 is in the basement with a double bed (180x200), a private bathroom and toilet. It also has a small private covered terrace and from this bedroom you can walk right into the pool. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
All bed linen is of highes quality and custom made at Mirabel Slabbinck in Bruges.

In the basement is a large playroom with table tennis table and fitness equipment (step). The laundry room is equipped with two washing machines, two dryers, two additional refrigerators: one freezefridge and one fridge with a wine cooler.

From the living room, you can enjoy a particularly beautiful view of the golf course and the sea, thanks to the sliding doors that span nearly the entire width of the room. These sliding doors connect the living area to the spacious terrace, from where a small staircase leads down to the pool and garden. The balustrade between the terrace and the pool is fitted with a lockable gate, ensuring that small children cannot access the pool unnoticed. The kitchen also offers access to the covered terrace in that area. Under the pergola, there is a large teak dining table with 10 chairs — perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or lunch and dinner in the shade.

The (heated) pool measures 11x5 meters and features Roman steps. It is finished with glass mosaic tiles and has an automatic roller cover. The pool water is kept clean and clear using an electrolysis system, which means the water has a light saltiness. Around the pool, there are sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is parking space for 3 cars on the fully fenced and well-secured property. Behind the house, there is also a pétanque court.

The beautiful, wide sandy beach of La Plage Nartelle is a few minutes away. Here you can find several good beach bars, during high season you can enjoy an evening meal here. You will enjoy lunch at the clubhouse terrace of the golf club with a magnificent view. The lively bustling village of Ste. Maxim with beaches, cobbled streets, numerous shops and a choice of restaurants is just 5 minutes by car. Furthermore, from the port of Ste. Maxim you can reach fashionable St.Tropez within 10 minutes by boat. In the immediate vicinity are several beautiful golf courses and lovely villages to visit such as Grimaud, Cogolin and Roquebrune.
