The living room offers a spacious comfy sofa and opens onto the terrace. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, a generous table with 10 seats. The kitchen is (of course) blue in color and offers all modern facilities. A very nice feature is the bar with a superb view of the sea. The perfect spot for your first cup of coffee in the morning.

Bedroom 1, located on the ground floor (entrance and living level). The bed is double (160x200). The bathroom is shared with bedroom 2. It is a so-called jack & jill bathroom (sink and shower).

Bedroom 3, located on the living level, is a studio, including a small en-suite bathroom (sink and shower). The bed is double (160x200). The sea view from the room is very beautiful and you can step directly onto the terrace with the sea at your feet.

Bedroom 4, located at the pontoon level, the lower floor. It is a spacious room with a sitting area and en-suite bathroom (sink and shower). The bed is double (160x200).

Bedroom 5, located at the pontoon level, the lower floor. This room also offers a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet).

The bedroom layout makes a holiday with 2 families very well possible, together yet with privacy preserved.

The villa is located directly by the sea and offers private access to the water. A delightful feature is, of course, the private pontoon. This is a children's play paradise and also a beautiful starting point for surfers or paddleboarders. The orientation is due southeast, and in the morning you see the sun rise above the water.

You can enjoy lunch or dinner on the terrace, if desired under the large sun awning. What a position to enjoy a glass of wine with a view of the Mediterranean — this villa offers the ultimate escape in one of the most exclusive locations in the South of France. Who wouldn't immediately relax to the sound of waves at your feet?

The pool lies parallel to the sea. There are several sun loungers. Also on this terrace is the dining table and a BBQ corner.
You park the car directly at the villa, though not on the enclosed private grounds.

The villa is located directly on the water at the border between Sainte Maxime and Les Issambres, with the sea and coast within reach. In about 5 minutes you walk to San Peire, the charming coastal town with beach, boulevard, terraces, and daily amenities such as 2 bakeries including Tarte Tropézienne.

Les Issambres/San Peire and Sainte-Maxime are known for their long, beautiful sandy beaches, ideal for beach days or a dip at the end of the day.

For a beach lunch or dinner by the sea, you can choose from the restaurants in San Peire or the beach clubs on Plage de la Nartelle. Fresh croissants and the famous tarte tropézienne can be picked up on foot at La Tarte Tropézienne (about 7 minutes). For groceries, the luxury Spar in the village is convenient (about 5 minutes), and for larger shopping trips, you drive to the Géant Casino in Fréjus (about 20 minutes).

The Provençal market in Les Issambres is on Monday. In Saint-Tropez on Tuesday or Saturday morning and is highly recommended; insiders choose to go by boat from Sainte-Maxime that day.

From Nice airport and Cannes, you usually drive to the villa in about 1 hour. Sainte-Maxime is reached in about 15 minutes. Saint-Tropez is about 45 minutes away by car and is also atmospherically accessible by boat in summer from the area (including via the harbors of San Peire or Sainte-Maxime, depending on the season and schedule).
