The villa was completely renovated and redecorated in an attractive way. Upon entering you will find the living room on the left and the open style kitchen on the right. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, fireplace, satellite TV and a Sonos sound system.

We like very much the separate TV room (55 inch TV) downstairs (pool level). Very convenient to have to get the  children out of the sun for a while during the midday heat. The TV is equipped with a game console.

The modern open kitchen is very well equipped and includes an American fridge including an ice-cube maker, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. In the kitchen there is a spacious dining table suitable for 10 people. The kitchen provides access to the covered terrace.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All beds are new and equipped with luxury bed linen. All bedrooms offer airconditioning. There are 3 bedrooms located on the entry level beng the living room and 2 bedrooms downstairs being the garden or pool level.

Entry level; Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). Bedroom 2 has a double bed (180x200). Bedroom 3 has a double bed (2x90x200). Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom (shower and washbasin). There is also a separate toilet.

Downstairs; Bedroom 4 offers a double bed (2x90x200). Bedroom 5 has a double bed (2x90x200). The separate bathroom (shower, washbasins) is shared by bedroom 4 and 5. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

Fast internet thanks to a glass fibre connection.

The property is defenitely one for sun lovers; both the villa and swimming pool face due south. There are several terraces boasting luxury garden furniture including a large dining table under the trees. A large BBQ is also available.

The villa does offer sea view. You look out over a green oasis of old Pins Parasol towards the Mediterranean.

On a level lower than the villa, to be reached via a safe staircase, is the swimming pool (10x5 m) with several terraces on which parasols and 10 sun loungers. In short, a wonderful place to enjoy and relax.

What we also like very much is the covered verranda directly adjacent to the kitchen and living room. Here are some comfortable pieces of furniture. A nice place for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cosy apero. (For parents of younger children the low fence is something to be aware off. 

There is also a large Petanque court for a nice game of jeu-de-boules.

A big plus off this villa is its location. Quietly situated on a closed Domaine at about 5-10 minutes from the centre of Sainte Maxime and only 5 minutes by car from the famous beach of La Nartelle with its famous beachclubs. Should you want to you can walk to the beach.

From the port of Sainte Maxime several regular boats depart to a.o. Saint-Tropez. It is the way to visit the famous Provençal market on Tuesday or Saturday morning.
