Beautiful modern villa. Fully equipped with air-conditioning. The living room is bright, spacious, and features beautiful contemporary furniture including a comfy seating area and a round dining table.

We particularly love the hometheater extension of the living room. Both the TV (1.85 m) and the lounge sofa are XXL size. Enjoy your favorite movie in comfort. The WiFi is fiber optic so this is the ultimate experience in South France. This cinema room also has an extra bathroom with a bath/shower, sink, and toilet. You can easily use this when coming out of the pool so you don't have to walk through the house to use one of the other bathrooms.

The kitchen is sleek, modern, and very well-equipped and is located in the extension of the living room. The kitchen consists of a large kitchen island with a cupboard wall behind it containing everything you need. There is also a utility room for the washing machine and dryer.

There are 5 luxurious and spacious bedrooms and 5 modern en-suite bathrooms, as well as the extra bathroom next to the hometheater. Four of the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and the 5th bedroom is on the floor above with its own entrance. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. All bedrooms offer the same high quality, with it being noted that bedroom 1, as the master bedroom, is the most spacious.

Bedroom 1 is spacious (50 m2) and offers a double box spring bed (180x210) and a luxurious designer en-suite bathroom (spacious rain shower, freestanding bathtub, and separate toilet) and a private dressing room. French doors open onto the terrace from where there is a panoramic sea view. We particularly love the view from the bathtub to the sea.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have luxurious box springs, double size (2x90x200). These bedrooms also have modern en-suite bathrooms (shower, designer sink, and separate toilet). Bedrooms 2 and 3, like bedroom 1, have access to the spacious terrace at the front of the villa overlooking the pool and the Mediterranean Sea.

Bedroom 4 also has a luxurious box spring, double size (180x200) as well as a modern en-suite bathroom. This room has a private terrace on the side of the villa. Each bedroom offers plenty of closet space.

Bedroom 5 can be reached via a private entrance adjacent to the parking area and is located under the roof of the villa. The terrace of this bedroom offers the most beautiful view of the sea. This room also has a modern en-suite bathroom with shower, designer sink, and separate toilet. The bed is a luxurious double box spring (180x200) size.

When traveling to the South of France, you want to relish the lovely sunshine, and where better to enjoy it than on the beautiful, partially covered terrace with various luxury seating areas, sunbeds, umbrellas, and the beautifully designed pool. The villa is parallel to the coast and therefore offers a very nice seaview.

The pool measures 12 x 3.5 m and is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The modern bathroom (shower and toilet) has a very practival location directly next to the pool.

There is a beautiful outdoor kitchen, an extension of the indoor kitchen. Under the covered part of the terrace is an XL dining table by Piet Boon. There is also a nice lounge on the pool terrace from where you have a wide seaview. On the terrace, you can also enjoy your favourite music through the outdoor Sonos speakers.

There is also a pingpong table, and a petanque court has been laid out in the garden. There is ample parking.

This villa is less suitable for people using a wheelchair or walker, due to its hillside location and the presence of elevation changes.

The villa is located in a gated Domaine close to the renovated Promenade of Sainte Maxime. Leave your car at the villa during your stay, as the beach, bakery, restaurants, and the village of Sainte Maxime are easily accessible on foot. You can walk to Sainte Maxime via this beautiful "footpath," which is almost entirely flat for the first 100 m. It's also very convenient for young people who want to enjoy a terrace independently. The beach is about a minute's walk - doesn't get much better than that!

Sainte Maxime is a lively village with many terraces, restaurants, and nice shops. It boasts beautiful wide sandy beaches, including the beautiful Plage La Nartelle. Here you will find several good beach clubs where you can also dine al fresco until late in the evening during the summer.

Or how about walking to the bakery in the morning (15 minutes) to get delicious warm croissants?

A must is to take the ferry (departure from the port of Sainte Maxime) to Saint Tropez. In the morning, visit the large and very sociable Provencal market at Place des Lices and for lunch, head to one of the popular beach clubs. Always remember to make a reservation. For the ultimate jet-set feeling, order a water taxi to pick you up from the private beach Beauvallon.
