The villa offers a beautifully modern furnished living room with direct access to the terrace and the pool. Luxury and comfortable seating furniture adorn the living room. An extension of the living room includes a separate TV area.

The kitchen is modern, spacious, and very well-equipped, featuring a cooking island and a large dining table. there is direct access to the terrace at the front of the villa and to the pool.

There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (2x90x200) and air conditioning.

On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms; Bedroom 3 has a double bed (2x90x200). Air conditioning is available. A nice feature is the private balcony overlooking the pool. There is 1 modern bathroom on this floor (freestanding bathtub, sink, and separate shower). Bedroom 4 is a room with a single bed which can also be used as a children's room. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

Bedroom 5 is a luxurious guest suite. This studio on the right side of the villa (viewed from the pool) has its own entrance. The guest suite includes a small living area with a dining table, a modern kitchen, a modern natural stone bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet), and a bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200) as well as air conditioning

The private grounds are 10.000 m2. The garden is well maintained and there is a great diversity of plants. From the living and TV-room you have access to one of the four terraces. There is a covered terrace next to the TV-room with a fireplace. There is a terrace at the rear of the villa next to the bar. Here you find a wooden lounge with cushions and a parasol. There is a terrace with dining and BBQ at the pool side. Very nice is the glimpse of one terrace to another terrace through the living. Weber BBQ on gas is present. The fourth terrace is located on the side of the guesthouse and is equipped with a table and 6 chairs. 

The pool is spacious (15 x 6 m). There are 6 sunbeds and umbrellas. Additionally, you can enjoy sports activities with the pétanque court and the ping-pong table.

The views surrounding the house are impressive, from the Provençal hills filled with cork oaks up to a view of the Bay of Saint Tropez. There is ample parking for several cars.

The best feature of this villa next to all the space and privacy is the location. 100% privacy and yet at short distance from the beach and downtown Sainte Maxime. For those who love to play tennis, the tennis club of Sainte Maxime is a short distance from the villa.

The property manager of this villa, Linda, offers additional concierge services upon request. These include grocery service (a stocked fridge upon arrival), extra linen change, and a babysitting service.

The property is located in the hills, a few kilometers outside the municipal boundary of Sainte Maxime. (See also Google Maps). The unpaved road leading to the villa is a few kilometers long and can be driven, but adjusting your speed is necessary. The road is not suitable for sports cars or small car models. In our opinion, a small price to pay for the peace and 100% privacy the villa offers.
