La Valette

The villa is very spacious with its 500 m2 living space. The living room has a beautiful spacious seating area, enough room for everyone! Satellite TV and Sonos music system are available. You have direct access to the terrace from here. Adjacent to the living room you will find the dining room with a large dining table and chairs. From here you have a view of the terrace and the sea.

There is a fully equipped luxury kitchen with all all amenities. The kitchen includes a large oven (all appliances are from Gaugenau), microwave, fridge with freezer, separate freezer, Nespresso machine (capsules should be brought with you). WiFi is available.

There are a total of 7 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in this villa. At the level of the living room you will find 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1, on the first floor, is the Master Bedroom, with a double bed (180x200) and en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and toilet). On the level of the living room you will find bedroom 2 with a double bed (160x200) and bedroom 3 the same, a double bed (160x200). Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom (shower and toilet).

A staircase next to the kitchen leads to the first floor where the other bedrooms are located. Bedroom 4 has a double bed (180x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). Bedroom 5, with a twin bed (2x90x200) and bedrooms 6 & 7 with double beds (160x200). The bedrooms 5, 6 & 7 share a bathroom (shower). Nice to know: these bedrooms on the 1st floor all have access to a balcony from where you can enjoy the beautiful view!

Both from the living room and the kitchen, large sliding doors give access to the spacious partly covered terrace. On the terrace are 2 different dining tables with chairs. You will have enough space for all of you to enjoy breakfast together or to dine during the sunset.

Of course, there is a luxurious lounge set, the ideal setting to start the evening with a glass rosé and enjoy the beautiful view. On the terrace enough shade can be created. Besides the fact the terrace is partly covered and equipped with a luxury parasol, awning is available.

One level down you will find the beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace. The pool is very spacious, 15 x 6 meters. The entrance is easy via a few steps at the head of the pool. Jump in for a refreshing dip!

Around the pool, at the sun terrace, comfortable sun loungers and parasols are waiting for you. Picture yourself lying here! For those who love to play a game, a boule lane and a ping-pong table are available.

Unique to this villa is the walking distance to the beach (3 minutes) and the immediate vicinity of the center of the bustling Sainte Maxime (10 minutes walk) with its many restaurants and cozy boulevards. The popular beach La Nartelle with its beach clubs is 10 minutes by car from the villa. 

Moreover, from the port of Sainte Maxime it takes around 10 minutes by boat to get in mundane St. Tropez. In the immediate vicinity are several beautiful golf courses and nice places to visit such as Grimaud, Cogolin and Roquebrune. From Nice airport normally you will get to the villa by car in one hour. Saint-Tropez is around 20 minutes by car.
