The villa is exceptionally spacious, offering 500 m² of living space. The living room features a stylish, generous circular seating area with ample room for everyone. Satellite TV and a Sonos sound system are available. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to it is the dining room, furnished with a large dining table and chairs, where you can enjoy views of the terrace and the sea.

The fully equipped luxury kitchen offers every modern convenience. It includes a large oven (all appliances are by Gaggenau), microwave, refrigerator with freezer, separate deep freezer, and a Nespresso machine. WiFi is available throughout the villa.

In total, the villa offers 7 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the side of the living area, you will find 3 bedrooms. The remaining 4 bedrooms are situated on the kitchen side, on the opposite end of the villa.

Bedroom 1, located on the first floor, is the Master Bedroom, furnished with a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet.

Slightly lower—yet still four steps above the living room—are bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 features a double bed (180x200), and bedroom 3 a double bed (2x90x200). These rooms share a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A staircase next to the kitchen leads to the first floor, where the remaining bedrooms are located. At the top of the stairs, there is a separate toilet.

Bedroom 4 is furnished with a double bed (180x200) and has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 5 is equipped with a double bed (2x90x200). Bedrooms 6 and 7 each have a double bed (180x200). These three rooms share a bathroom with a shower. A charming detail: all bedrooms on this floor have access to a balcony, offering wonderful views of the surroundings.
