For a smaller travel party, this villa is a true gem in our portfolio. It concerns the ground floor of a beautiful villa. This spacious 96 m² part of the villa is rented only in summer when the owner, who resides on the upper floor, is absent. You will enjoy complete privacy, along with a private pool and garden.

The ground floor consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The cozy living room is tastefully decorated, featuring a comfy sofa, armchairs, and an XL TV. There is great attention to detail, such as fresh flowers on the table, luxury textiles, and fine finishes.

The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware, and there’s a dining table. You’ll likely enjoy meals outside at the table on the covered terrace.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beautifully made double beds measure 180x200. Both bathrooms offer a shower and sink. One bathroom also has a bathtub, and there are two WCs.

Noteworthy is the owner's special attention to guests. The owner reaches out to tenants in advance to ask what kind of toys the children prefer. For the little ones, there is also a car seat and stroller available. For the dog, there’s a welcome bowl with treats and a dog bed. In short, this is hospitality at its finest.

From the living room, there is direct access to the covered terrace, which extends into the garden and pool area. On the cozy, tastefully decorated covered terrace with pots and lanterns, there is an outdoor dining table; in our view, the centerpiece of the home.

The pool has an organic shape and measures about 5 meters in diameter. Around the pool, there are four luxurious loungers, various seating areas, a bistro table with chairs, and umbrellas.

The villa offers much more outdoor space than you would initially expect. A path leads from the pool down to an "intermediate terrace" with two loungers under the shelter of an olive tree. Additionally, there is a comfortable double lounger and a small table with two chairs. The path then leads further down to a large terrace with a spacious outdoor kitchen, a large dining table for 10 people, a swing, and multiple seating areas. Here, you also have a beautiful view over the valley.

The garden is well-maintained with large palm and olive trees and is beautifully lit in the evening. The spacious wooden terrace can also be used as a yoga platform. Yoga mats are provided for you.

There is parking available for two cars on the fully fenced property.

There is a sea view, best enjoyed from the terrace on the upper floor. This covered terrace is accessible via the external stairs and is available for your use. This terrace is also furnished with a large dining table with eight chairs and a sunbed.

Beautiful location just a 5-minute drive from the lovely beaches of Sainte Maxime. The center of Sainte Maxime is also about a 5-minute drive away, from where various ferries depart for destinations such as Saint Tropez. A daytrip we enthousiastically recommend.

Sainte Maxime is a popular and highly beloved seaside resort in southern France on the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Popular for its charming city center and convenient location. A short drive from the center is the popular La Nartelle beach, with long, south-facing beaches and many delightful beach clubs. You can also rent paddleboards and water scooters, jet skis, and surfboards.

Sainte Maxime owes its fame, of course, to its proximity to Saint Tropez, the most popular destination in the region. From the port of Sainte Maxime, you can sail to Saint Tropez in 20 minutes – without traffic – by ferry. The lovely boat trip is definitely worthwhile and ends in the fashionable port of Saint Tropez, where you can easily spend a whole day.
