This delightful villa is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living room features panoramic views over the Gulf of Saint Tropez and the Mediterranean Sea. The living room boasts a very comfortable seating area. Particularly stunning are the large sliding doors on both sides of the living room, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Continuing from the living room, you'll find the dining room with a dining table and 6 chairs. It connects to a spacious Provençal kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and induction stovetop.

The terrace is partially covered, providing excellent shade, and includes a dining table and comfortable lounge area. Here too, you can enjoy breathtaking seaviews.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms, all equipped with air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the first floor, there is 1 spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

On the ground floor: Bedroom 1 is a double room with a bed measuring 160x200. The en-suite bathroom features a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet. Bedroom 2 is a triple room with a queen-sized bed measuring 140x200 and a single bed measuring 80x200. The en-suite bathroom offers a shower, sink, and toilet.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with a bed measuring 160x200. The private bathroom is located directly next to the bedroom and includes a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet. Bedroom 4 is a double room with two single beds measuring 80x200. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.

On the 1st floor: Bedroom 5 is a spacious master bedroom with a double bed measuring 180x200. The en-suite bathroom offers a shower, sink, and toilet.

The unique selling point of this villa is undoubtedly its expansive seaview, which can be enjoyed directly from the living room. Thanks to the sliding doors, you have a view over the swimming pool towards the Mediterranean Sea. The glass panels seamlessly blend into the wall, allowing you to step onto the spacious terrace directly from the living room.

On the terrace, there is a lovely lounge set, and if you prefer to sit in the shade, there is a second lounge set under the covered terrace. There is also a dining table with 10 chairs, perfect for breakfast in the morning, lunch, or dinner.  There is a third external lounge area close to the pool.

The swimming pool measures 12 x 6 meters and has steps for easy access. Around the pool, you'll find comfortable sun beds, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. There is parking space available for 3 cars on the fully-fenced and well-secured property.

The bustling village of Sainte Maxime, with its charming terraces, quaint streets, a variety of shops, and a wide selection of restaurants, is only 5 minutes by car. It's always enjoyable to visit Saint Tropez as well. From the port of Sainte Maxime, you can reach the glamorous Saint Tropez in just 10 minutes by taking the "bateu vert" (ferry service).

In the immediate vicinity, there are several beautiful golf courses and lovely towns to explore, such as Grimaud, Cogolin, and Roquebrune. The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Plage La Nartelle is just a few minutes away. Here, you can find several excellent beach clubs that create a delightful atmosphere, and in the summer, you can also enjoy dining by the sea in the evenings.
