The ground floor consists of a comfortably furnished living room, a dining area (dining table with 8 chairs) and a modern open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 2 refrigerators, oven, dishwasher and induction hob.
The living room is light, spacious and equipped with a comfortable seating area. Very nice is the access to the south-oriented covered terrace. The entire villa is air-conditioned.
The villa has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. 5 out of 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned. The combination of double bedrooms and rooms with bunk beds makes this a family villa with ample space for 6 adults and 6 children.
On the ground floor level living room there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The 1st floor offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor; bedroom 1 offers a queen-size bed (160x200) with an en-suite bathroom. The adjacent 2nd (children's) bedroom has a bunk bed (90x200), this bedroom uses the en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) of bedroom 1.
On the 1st floor; bedroom 3 is the master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and a spacious en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, sink and toilet). Bedroom 4 also has a queen-size bed (160x200). Bedroom 5 and 6 both offer a bunk bed of 90x200 and 80x200 respectively. Bedroom 5 (bunk bed 80x200) is the only one not air-conditioned. Bedroom 4,5 and 6 share a bathroom on the 1st floor (shower, sink and toilet).

There is parking for 4 cars on the fully fenced and well-secured grounds of the villa.
The view is over the many Pins Parasol of the Domaine towards the Mediterranean Sea and the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
