The ground floor consists of a comfortably furnished living room, a dining area (dining table with 8 chairs) and a modern open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 2 refrigerators, oven, dishwasher and induction hob.

The living room is light, spacious and equipped with a comfortable seating area. Very nice is the access to the south-oriented covered terrace. The entire villa is air-conditioned.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 W.C.s. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The villa is rented out for a maximum of 8 people.

On the ground floor, at the living level, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first floor offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Ground floor: Bedroom 1 is a double room with a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a children's/teen's room with a bunk bed (90x200). This bedroom shares the en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet) of Bedroom 1 or uses the bathroom on the first floor.

First floor: Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a spacious en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, sink, and W.C.). Bedroom 4 also has a double bed (160x200). Bedroom 5 features a bunk bed (90x200). Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom on the first floor (shower, sink, and W.C.).

From the living room you enter the covered terrace through French doors. Here is a spacious, cozy table for a delicious meal in the open air. The garden is beautifully landscaped with a small lawn with a table tennis table.

From here it is only a few meters to the swimming pool. The pool is 8 x 4 m with Roman steps and a pool alarm. Around the pool is a nice terrace with a lounge set and sun loungers.

There is parking for 4 cars on the fully fenced and well-secured grounds of the villa.

The view is over the many Pins Parasol of the Domaine towards the Mediterranean Sea and the Gulf of Saint Tropez.

The villa is located on the domaine du Golf. A beautiful residential area around and on the golf course of Sainte Maxime.

The lively village of Sainte Maxime with its bustling streets, various shops and a number of good restaurants is only 5 minutes away by car. A day trip to Saint Tropez is always fun. From the port of Sainte Maxime you can get there by ferry (Bateau Vert) in 10 minutes.

The popular wide sandy beach of Plage La Nartelle is a few minutes away by car. Here are several good beach clubs where you can enjoy a delicious meal in the evening in addition to lunch during the high season.
