The living room on the ground floor is generous and furnished with several comfortable seating areas. Adjacent to this is the dining room. Both the living room and dining room provide access to the large terrace on the sea side. Additionally, the living room offers access to the large patio at the rear of the villa. Thanks to the large sliding doors, the indoor and outdoor spaces flow naturally into each other.

The villa features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor, at the level of the living room and pool, and has a double bed (180x200). The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and sink. From this bedroom, you have direct access to the pool.

Bedroom 2 is also located on the ground floor, at the level of the living room and pool, and has a double bed (180x200). The en-suite bathroom includes a shower and sink.

Bedroom 3 is located on the ground floor, at the level of the living room and pool, and has a double bed (180x200). The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, and sink.

Bedroom 4 is located on the first floor and has a double bed (160x200). The en-suite bathroom includes a shower and sink.

Bedroom 5 is located on the first floor and is the spacious master bedroom. This room has a double bed (160x200) and a large en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, and double sink.

The villa is situated on a fully enclosed plot of 1600 m2. The combination of the infinity pool, the spacious sun terrace, the lounge set, and the flat garden offers everyone ample opportunity for recreation and relaxation.

We are impressed by the spacious and fully Gulf of St Tropez-oriented terrace. On this covered terrace directly adjacent to the living room and kitchen, you will find a large lounge set, dining table, and (gas) BBQ.
A delightful shaded spot furnished with luxurious garden furniture. A wonderful place to lounge for a long time, enjoy coffee, or quietly read a book. From this terrace, you have a full view of the pool and the Gulf of Saint Tropez.

The pool, of the infinity type, is oval in shape and measures 12 m at its longest point. The view from the pool is certainly impressive. On the spacious sun terrace, 6 comfortable loungers and a parasol await you.

We find the solitary olive tree beautifully dominant in the patio adjacent to the living room.

The beautiful, wide sandy beach Plage La Nartelle is just a few minutes away. Here you will find several good beach clubs where you can also dine in the evening during the high season.

The lively village of Sainte Maxime with its wide sandy beaches, bustling streets, various shops, and a range of restaurants is only 5 minutes by car.

Additionally, there are many enjoyable excursions to make, such as shopping at the weekly market of Saint Tropez (reachable by the Bateau Vert from the harbor of Sainte Maxime), taking the coastal route to Cannes, or a trip to the countryside in Provence.
