A beautiful wooden front door leads you to the highest level of the villa, the first floor. The villa was built against a hill and the kitchen en living room are located one floor below, which can be accessed via a wide staircase.

The living is spacious and is located on the same level as the pool. Adjacent to the comfortably furnished living room you find the TV room. There is a comfy sitting area and of course a large LCD TV. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. There is an American refrigerator, oven and microwave. The kitchen has direct access to the covered terrace. The living also provides an easy access to the spacious terrace. The large glass doors slide into the wall making the outdoor space - a large lounge and dining table - almost one with the interior space. 

This villa features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is located on the living and swimming pool level and the other four bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 1st floor. All bedrooms offer a private bathroom and each of the bedrooms offer sea view. The luxurious materials for the bed and bath linen enhance the sunny character of this villa. 

First floor; Bedroom 1 is the most spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower, bathtub, sink and toilet). From this bedroom you have access to a spacious terrace. Bedroom 2 is less spacious but it has a double bed (2x90x200). The bathroom is en-suite (shower, toilet). 

Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180x200). The bathroom (bath and sink) for this bedroom is located on the other side of the corridor. In the hallway is a separate toilet. Bedroom 4 is a more spacious double room (180x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).

Bedroom 5 is located on the ground floor, pool level. There is a double bed (2x80x200). The bathroom is en-suite (shower and toilet). Jump out of bed and into the pool!

The large sun screen at the front of the villa is particulalarly attractive. It offers natural shade, ideal for sitting at the large outdoor table. The covered terrace features a comfortable and luxurious lounge set. The terrace on the sea side of the villa is spacious and tiled with natural stone. On both sides of the pool you find luxury outdoor furniture.

The large infinity pool (10x5) features a sun terrace with sun loungers. Also from the pool you can marvel at the beautiful views on the Gulf of St Tropez. 

The villa is located in a residential area near the center of Sainte Maxime. This offers many advantages; think of the proximity of many restaurants and terraces. This is also be a nice bonus for older children who want to go out at night. There is ample parking for several cars on the fully enclosed grounds. Entrance is via a large electric gate.

Location, location, location! The villa is conveniently located near the center of the village of Sainte Maxime and the beach. Ste Maxime is right on the coast and has a port from where ferries depart frequently. This means that during the summer it will take about 10 minutes to get to the heart of Saint Tropez (without traffic jams!). Sainte Maxime also known for its wide sandy beaches.
