The living room and the dining room give onto the south-facing terrace. Large bay windows create a seamless transition between the indoors and the outdoors.

The spacious living room offers a comfortable seating area in front of a fireplace, complete with a satellite TV, a DVD and a CD players. The living room expands into the dining room. Its large table is perfect for a cozy dinner party with six to eight guests. The dining room is connected to a typical Provençal kitchen, equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven and an induction hob.

From the living room, you reach the lower sleeping area of the villa via 8 steps. The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a modern en-suite bathroom (large shower) offers a beautiful view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. From the living room, through a short corridor, you reach the other 3 bedrooms, a WC and a bathroom (shower).

Bedroom 2 has a double bed (2 x 80 x 190 cm) and a spacious closet. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. Bedroom 4 has a double bed (160 x 200 cm).

The villa is set in 2600 sq. m of private grounds, with a large garden on several levels and an ample parking. A terrace runs the full length of the house, inviting to chill outside and to enjoy the beautiful view. Another small covered terrace is connected to the kitchen. Do you feel like cooking outdoors? A gas barbecue (Weber) is at your disposal.

A few steps down, on the lower level of the garden, you will find your sunbathing paradise—the oval-shaped heated pool (10 x 4 m) with 6 sunbeds. Enjoy the view while you bask in the golden sun of the French Provence! Maybe play a little table tennis to work up an appetite for dinner. Or better yet, do it the Provençal way: play a Jeu de Boules before the apéro—the pre-dinner drinks.

The beautiful beach of La Nartelle, famous for its fine white sand, is just a few minutes’ drive away from the villa. The beachclubs there are very nice and they offer both lunch & dinner during the summer months. 

The lively small town of Sainte-Maxime is a five minutes’ drive away. This quaint, low-key little sister of Saint-Tropez with sandy beaches and cobblestone streets is bustling with shops and various restaurants. If you are looking for a glitzier French Riviera experience, Saint-Tropez is within a ten-minute ride by ferry. But don’t overlook other lovely French villages nearby—Grimaud, Cogolin or Roquebrune. There are also several beautiful golf courses around Saint-Maxime.
