The house has a modern open living which is colorful and cozy. A large comfortable seating area is central to the spacious and bright living room. In the TV corner there is an LCD TV, also with DVD player. WiFi is available. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven, high fridge with separate freezer, microwave, cooker, coffee maker and kettle. The washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room. The dining table in the living room offers space for 6 people. The whole house has air conditioning.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and located on the ground floor. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom is situated on the side of the house where the garden is located. French doors provide access to the green garden. The bed is a comfortable box spring (2x90x200). The bathroom is en-suite (shower, sink and W.C.).

Bedroom 2 is located at the backside of the house. The double bed is a box spring (2x90x200). The seperate bathroom is situated in the hallway and offers a spacious walk-in shower, a double sink and W.C. Bedroom 2 also has its own sink in the room.

Bedroom 3 is also located on the garden side of the house. There is a double bed (160x200) and a cot. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom in the hallway but bedroom 3 also has its own sink in the room.

The villa is located only 700 m. away from the beach, Plage La Nartelle. From the living and kitchen there is direct access to the terrace. The terrace is covered and has a generous electric sun protection. Under the roof is a spacious wooden dining table with 10 seats, the place for a delicious breakfast or lunch. There is a nice lounge set under the young plane trees. The fine grass pitch is very attractive for young families.

The pool is 9 x 4 m. and is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. The sun position is very nice so that you can enjoy the sun all day if desired.

The terrace outside is equipped with the same tiles as inside which makes the living room flow smoothly into the outside terrace. This gives a wonderful spatial feeling.

The property is located on a closed plot that is shared with one other house. The two houses are connected to each other through the garage. The terrain is completely fenced and the access is via a large electronic fence. You park your car directly in front of the entrance.

The attractive aspect of the house is the short distance to the popular beach Plage La Nartelle. A popular beach with various beach clubs for delicious long lunches. Only 700 meters away from the house. Note: At first sight, the road back to the villa looks flat but nevertheless it slightly rises.

From the airport in Nice and from Cannes normally it is a one hour drive to Sainte Maxime. Saint Tropez is on a 30 minutes drive (in summer also directly accessible by boat from the harbor of Sainte Maxime). St. Maxime is known for its beautiful sandy beaches.
