The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. Large sliding doors open directly onto the covered terrace — the perfect spot for a sunny breakfast with sea views.

The villa offers a total of six bedrooms and seven en-suite bathrooms, all equipped with air conditioning.

Bedroom 1: spacious master bedroom with a double bed (160x200), walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin, and bathtub. Direct access to the terrace and pool.

Bedroom 3: double bed (160x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, and toilet).

First floor

Two additional bedrooms:

Bedroom 4: double bed (160x200) with a Provençal-style en-suite bathroom (shower and washbasin). Access to a large covered balcony. Toilet located in the hallway.

Lower ground floor

Bedroom 6: two single beds (2x 90x200) with en-suite bathroom (washbasin, shower, and toilet).This floor also includes a spacious double garage, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, and two extra refrigerators.

The large terrace features a beautifully designed pool house. A standout feature: the glass walls can slide completely into the walls, allowing the indoor and outdoor spaces to blend seamlessly. The pool house is equipped with a TV and a full bathroom.

Thanks to the wide glass sliding doors spanning nearly the entire width of the living room, you can enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the Mediterranean Sea from the comfort of the interior.

These sliding doors provide direct access to the terrace, the expansive swimming pool, and the pool house. This seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living is ideal for those who appreciate comfort and a clear, open layout.

The kitchen opens onto a partially covered terrace with a large teak dining table and eight chairs — the perfect spot for a sunny breakfast or a shaded lunch or dinner.

The heated swimming pool has a unique shape and measures approximately 12 x 8 metres. It is equipped with an automatic cover. Water quality is maintained through an electrolysis system, resulting in lightly salted water that feels softer than traditional chlorine-treated pools. This system is gentle on the skin and swimwear and ensures extra clear water.

On the terrace, you'll find comfortable sun beds and two oversized beanbags. Directly next to the pool is the pool house — a relaxing additional living space with a generous lounge area and TV, ideal for cooling off out of the sun. The pool house also has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet, adding extra comfort to your time around the pool.

The fully fenced and well-secured property offers parking space for two cars.
