You enter on the ground floor. Here you will also find the spacious living room with the dining room and open kitchen as an extension of this. The large sliding glass doors in the living room and dining room make the rooms wonderfully light and provide direct access to the - partly covered - terrace and the swimming pool. French doors from the kitchen provide access to the terrace.

The living room has comfortable seating furniture from where you can look out over the swimming pool and the sea. There is satellite TV with Dutch, Belgian and German channels. There is a SONOS stereo system where you can enjoy your own favorite music as well as WiFi. The living room has air-conditioning.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, convection oven and Nespresso machine.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor, next to the kitchen. This bedroom has a double bed (160x200). There is an en-suite bathroom with bath and double sink. French doors provide direct access to the covered terrace.

Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are on the first floor. All three offer sea views. Both bedroom 2 and 3 have 2 single beds (2x90x200). Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds of 2x80x200. These bedrooms share the bathroom on the first floor (bath, separate shower and separate toilet).

The 5th bedroom is the garden room. The room is located on the ground floor and can be reached from the outside via the stairs on the side of the terrace. This room has two single beds (2x90x200) and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. This garden room can be optionally booked (see also 'Out & about').

All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned.

From the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and the master bedroom you can step onto the terrace that runs the entire length of the house.

The part adjacent to the living room and the part adjacent to the kitchen are covered. There is a wide awning to also cover the uncovered terrace - between the two covered terraces. The terrace at the kitchen has a glass wall. Here you can enjoy a coffee or lunch in the sun early in the spring. There is a large dining table on both covered terraces, these tables can be pushed together, so that you can eat outside with 12 people. BBQ is unfortunately not allowed.

The fully covered and heatable swimming pool measures 12x5m and is equipped with a small "plage" with roman steps to the shallow end. The pool extends from 1.10m depth at the edges to 3m depth in the middle. Around the pool there are sun loungers and sun beds and large umbrellas provide the necessary shade.

One level down, reached by stairs from the terrace, you will find the flat enclosed garden. Here you will also find a table and chairs or hang up the hammock and have a wonderful afternoon siesta under the trees. The garden borders directly on a nature reserve and exudes the tranquility of the nature reserve. A large lawn offers ample space for the children to let off steam. Enjoy a game of football or badminton together. Or do as the locals and enjoy the petanque court for hours of fun

In addition to the 6x6m garage, there is covered space on the property to park 2 more cars.

The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Plage La Nartelle is a few minutes away by car. Here are several good beach clubs where you can have a very nice lunch in high season and also enjoy a delicious meal in the evening.

The lively village of Sainte Maxime with its wide sandy beaches, bustling streets, all kinds of shops and a variety of restaurants is only 5 minutes away by car. In addition, there are many nice trips to do, such as: shopping at the weekly market of Saint Tropez (accessible via a boat ferry service called Bateau Vert from the port of Sainte Maxime), via the coastal route to Nice or a trip to the beautiful inland.

Option garden room

If your group consists of more than 8 people, the additional garden room will automatically be added to your booking with an extra charge. If you are traveling with 8 people or fewer but still wish to book the extra room, this is possible. Please contact our service desk for assistance.
