The specious living with luxurious seating area and a nice round dining table (8 seats) features a satellite TV with Dutch channels, DVD and CD player. In line with the diningroom there is the classic Provencal kitchen fully equipped with e.g. microwave, refrigerator, Cornue range cooker & oven, dishwasher, induction cooker and SMEG appliances such as toaster, water cooker, etc. From the stylish furnished living room with fire place, the dining room and the kitchen you have access to the south faced garden. The interior of the villa has been completely repainted recently.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor. They share a single bathroom (bath/shower). Bedroom 1 and 2 have two single beds each (2x90x200) which can be made as a double bed if required. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (167x200).

Bedroom 4 in the tower, on the first floor, is the master bedroom with a double bed (167x200) and an en-suite Provencal bathroom (shower and toilet) fitted with new bathroom cabinets. All beds are made up with luxury Ralph Lauren bed linen.

The location of the villa is quite unique because it is in a residential area near the center of Ste Maxime. This provides a nice opportunity for older children to walk into town on their own. Please note that it is somewhat downhill (and uphill on the way back) from the villa to town.

From the living, the kitchen and 2 bedrooms you have direct access to the large garden and the pool. The outside area was recently renovated, providing the villa with a fresh and clean look. The flat garden offers much privacy. The lawn is the right place to enjoy the view and the pool. In line with the large private pool (approx.11x6m) is the sun terrace with lovely new garden furniture. BBQ available. Just outside the dining room is a luxurious oak table with 12 seats.

From the garden and the terrace you have a nice wide view over Sainte Maxime and the Saint Tropez Gulf. The old Pine Parasol trees in the garden are very beautiful. These trees offer pleasant natural shade in the afternoon. There is ample parking space on the grounds

Unique to this villa is its location, within walking distance of the village of Sainte Maxime and it’s broad sandy beaches. From its harbor you can take several ferries. In summer it takes only 10 minutes by boat to get to Saint Tropez so you will avoid the traffic jams! If you like, you can play golf in Sainte Maxime and Beauvallon!
