The villa offers a spacious living room with a comfortable and luxurious seating area. There is a television with satellite reception as well as a DVD and CD player.  The living room, like the dining room and kitchen, offers access to the south-facing garden and terrace via patio doors.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, featuring a beautiful round dining table with 8 chairs.

Next to the dining room is the classic Provençal kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a beautiful Cornue stove with oven, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and various SMEG appliances, such as a kettle and toaster.

The villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All beds are made up with luxury Ralph Lauren bed linen.

Bedroom 1, located on the ground floor, features a double bed (2x90x200). The bedroom opens onto the front garden via patio doors. Bedroom 1 shares a Provençal bathroom (bathtub/shower and sink) with bedrooms 2 and 3.

Bedroom 2, on the ground floor, features 2 single beds (2x90x200), which can also be made up as a double bed. Bedroom 2 shares a Provençal bathroom (bathtub/shower and sink) with bedrooms 1 and 3.

Bedroom 3, also on the ground floor, features a double bed measuring 167x200 cm. The bedroom opens onto the garden via patio doors. Bedroom 3 shares a Provençal bathroom (bathtub/shower and sink) with bedrooms 1 and 2.

Bedroom 4, located on the first floor, is a fairy tale like tower bedroom featuring a double bed (167x200) and an en-suite Provençal (green) bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet).

This winter, the villa will receive a lovely update, including two new bathrooms on the lower floor, bringing the total number of bathrooms to three. The BBQ area and outdoor kitchen with refrigerator will also be renovated, along with the outdoor toilet and outdoor shower. Once all the work has been completed, we will of course take new photos.

The villa is centrally located in a residential villa area, close to the centre of Sainte-Maxime. This is a convenient location, especially for older children who may enjoy going into town in the evening. This provides a nice opportunity for older children to walk into town on their own. Please note that it is somewhat downhill (and uphill on the way back) from the villa to town.

From the living room, dining room and kitchen, you have direct access to the spacious garden and swimming pool. The fully level garden offers plenty of privacy and is a wonderful place to enjoy outdoor living.

The generous private swimming pool measures approximately 11 x 6 metres and is surrounded by several luxury sun loungers. Next to the pool is a sun terrace with a comfortable outdoor seating area: the perfect spot for an aperitif while enjoying the panoramic view over Sainte-Maxime.

Directly adjacent to the kitchen and dining room is an oak outdoor dining table with 12 chairs. A large awning provides additional shade, making this a pleasant place to sit even on warm days. A barbecue is also available, ideal for long summer evenings outside.

From the garden and terrace, you have a particularly wide view over Sainte-Maxime and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The old umbrella pines in the garden add extra charm and provide natural Mediterranean shade in the afternoon.

There is sufficient parking space on the private grounds. 

Sainte Maxime is a bustling coastal town with many cozy terraces, restaurants, and nice shops. It features beautiful wide sandy beaches, including the lovely Plage de la Nartelle beach. Here you will also find various beach clubs, where you can enjoy a delicious dinner in the evening during the summer.

We highly recommend taking the ferry (departing from the port of Sainte Maxime) to Saint Tropez. In the morning, visit the large and very lively Provençal market on Place des Lices, and for lunch, head to one of the popular beach clubs. Be sure to always make a reservation. For the ultimate jet-set experience, order a taxi boat that will pick you up at the private Beauvallon beach.

In the immediate vicinity, there are several beautiful golf courses and charming towns to visit, such as Grimaud, Cogolin, and Roquebrune. From Nice airport, the drive normally takes about an hour.
