Les Quatre Coeurs

The entrance is located at the back of the villa, on the upper floor. A hall leads to the spacious living room with comfortable seats around a fire place, and a large dining table. There is Dutch satellite TV (Dutch TV has a wide selection of English programs with Dutch subtitles), video and stereo. The living room is tastefully furnished, and also enjoys beautiful views of the sea. An alcove leads to the luxury kitchen, which is fully fitted with fridge and separate freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.

The master bedroom is upstairs, and has a 160x200cm double bed and large bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a separate study room on this floor with a bathroom. Stairs lead down to the floor below, where there are two more bedrooms, both with 90x200cm twin singles. Both bedrooms share the third bathroom with shower (separate toilet) and sliding doors onto the terrace. The villa has air-co (costs included in the hire by normal usage) and an alarm. Pets are not allowed.

The grounds and beautifully landscaped garden are totally enclosed. On the upper floor there is a lovely, wide, partially covered terrace along the whole of the length of the house. This is a truly fabulous place to dine outside at the large teak dining table with 10 chairs, and enjoy the stunning, panorama. Steps lead down to the unusually shaped private pool, where you will find 5 sun loungers.

The villa is peacefully located in a domain in the hills between Sainte Maxime and Les Issambres. When you drive down from the house, you will reach the lively Sainte Maxime or Les Issambres in about 5-7 minutes.

Both places are by the coast and have a harbor from where regular ferries depart to destinations like Saint Tropez.

The drive from Nice Airport typically takes about an hour. Saint Tropez is a 30-minute drive, traffic permitting (during the summer, it is also directly – and often faster – accessible by boat from the harbors in Sainte Maxime and Les Issambres). Fréjus is also less than half an hour away. Sainte Maxime and Les Issambres are known for their various expansive beautiful sandy beaches. If you drive down, you will be at the beach in less than 5 minutes.

The property manager of this villa, Linda, offers additional concierge services upon request. These include grocery service (a stocked fridge upon arrival), extra linen change, and a babysitting service.
