The kitchen is contemporary and fully equipped, including a fridge-freezer, induction hob and Nespresso machine. It opens onto the adjoining, partly covered terrace overlooking the garden, set beneath tall umbrella pines (beautifully lit in the evening). A wonderful spot for breakfast in the shade, a leisurely lunch, or an aperitif at sunset.

The villa offers 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Thanks to the bedrooms being spread across different levels, the villa is particularly well suited to stays with multiple families. In practice, it offers three distinct zones: the ground-floor bedrooms, the lower-level bedrooms, and the bedrooms in the separate apartment.

Behind the gates of a private 8-hectare estate, you’ll find a villa where everything immediately revolves around space, peace, and outdoor living. Yet the lively atmosphere of Sainte-Maxime—with its harbour, shops and beach—is less than 2 km away. Here, however, greenery and silence prevail. The villa is set in an exceptional environment: a mature, beautifully landscaped garden of over one hectare, offering sheltered corners everywhere to relax and unwind.

Outdoor life naturally centres around the pool area and pool house. The private pool is a generous 11 x 5.5 m and feels almost like a boutique-hotel pool in terms of atmosphere. There is plenty of room for swimming, floating, or simply sitting on the edge with your feet in the water. The electric cover adds convenience and comfort, while the surrounding terrace and pool house invite you to enjoy everything that makes a holiday special: lunch in the shade, a cold drink within reach, and finally time to finish that book. As the sun sets, the outdoor lighting gives the entire setting an extra dimension—the pool, terrace and garden remain beautifully usable, making it effortless for evenings to last a little longer.

There is also a pétanque court, which is lit—so you can keep playing after dinner.

On the 8-hectare estate there is also a discreetly located cottage for the property manager. She is available only if you need her, for example for questions or practical assistance. Your stay is all about peace and privacy: without a request or appointment, there is no contact and you will not notice her presence on the grounds.

The location combines the best of both worlds: the peace and space of the green hinterland with the lively atmosphere of Sainte-Maxime. You will enjoy complete tranquillity and privacy, while in around 10 minutes you have plenty of choice of charming cafés and terraces, excellent restaurants, boutiques and, of course, the Mediterranean beach.

Convenience is also excellent. Around 5 minutes’ drive away you will find the largest supermarket in the area, ideal for daily shopping or a larger arrival shop.

The centre of Sainte-Maxime can be reached in approximately 10 minutes. From the harbour, regular ferry services depart to destinations including Saint-Tropez. It’s a relaxed way to explore the coast without the hassle of parking.

In the immediate surroundings there is something for everyone. For walking, you simply step through the outer gate and you are straight into nature. Sports and outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy activities such as golfing, sailing, jet-skiing and much more.
