All four luxury bedrooms are located on the ground floor and feature high-quality double boxspring beds, air conditioning, and their own stylish en-suite bathrooms.

This villa boasts a truly unique location: directly on the coastal road and boulevard of Sainte-Maxime. You can safely park your car on the private grounds behind the electric gate – and then leave it there for the rest of your stay. Everything you need is within walking distance: the beach, the marina, and the vibrant center of Sainte-Maxime.

The garden is designed with an all-year-round concept in mind: always green, well-kept, and immaculately maintained. Large sliding glass doors connect the bright living area with the spacious, partly covered terrace and beautifully landscaped front garden. Outdoors, you’ll enjoy the same level of comfort, with a wide selection of luxurious designer furniture. Right outside the living room is a complete lounge set for ultimate relaxation.

On the opposite side of the pool, under a sunshade by the kitchen, you'll find a large round dining table for eight people – an inviting, shaded spot for long breakfasts, leisurely lunches, or cozy dinners on warm summer evenings.

At the rear of the villa, a surprisingly peaceful and atmospheric garden awaits, complete with palm trees, a covered terrace, and luxury garden furniture. This green oasis offers plenty of privacy and is the perfect place to relax in the shade or enjoy a quiet moment with a good book.

All four bedrooms offer direct access to the terrace – either on the sea side or garden side – and bedroom 3 even includes its own private sitting area. Around the villa, several covered terraces with comfortable seating and tables invite you to unwind or share a glass of wine together.

The private swimming pool measures 11 x 5 meters and is 1.2 to 2 meters deep. It is surrounded by a sun-drenched wooden deck with premium sun loungers and parasols. Thanks to its favorable position, you can enjoy the sun here all day long if you wish.

The villa’s location makes your stay truly special: comfort, style, and convenience come together naturally. Please note that the coastal road is lively and typically has some traffic. In our view, a small trade-off for a top location like this – where you can walk straight to the beach and catch the boat to Saint-Tropez in just 15 minutes.

This modern villa enjoys an exceptionally well-located position: just 20 meters from the beach and directly opposite one of Sainte-Maxime’s most popular beach clubs, Les P’tits Galets. Simply cross the road and your feet are in the sand.

The proximity to the charming and vibrant center of Sainte-Maxime is another major plus. Within just 15 minutes, you can stroll along the coastline to the lively boulevard, where you’ll find countless restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and welcoming terraces. Sainte-Maxime is a lively Mediterranean seaside town, beloved for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beaches, weekly markets, and cultural events throughout the summer.

Want to visit Saint-Tropez without the hassle of parking? A 15-minute walk brings you to the harbor of Sainte-Maxime, where you can hop on the Bateaux Verts – a comfortable ferry service that takes you to the heart of glamorous Saint-Tropez in just 10 minutes.

Golf enthusiasts will find several stunning courses nearby, including the renowned Golf Blue Green Sainte-Maxime and Golf de Beauvallon. You’ll also discover charming Provençal villages such as Grimaud, Cogolin, and Roquebrune-sur-Argens – each with their own unique character and local markets.
