You enter the house in the living room. On the right side of the living room you can find the dining room and the open kitchen. On the left side from the entrance are the bedrooms. The living room is nicely furnished and equipped with a spacious comfortable seating area. The living offers direct access to the terrace via sliding doors- which disappear completely into the wall. The open kitchen has all amenities.

The villa is entirely on the ground floor. This means that the living room, dining room, open kitchen and all bedrooms are on the same level. This also applies tot the swimming pool and the covered terrace. There is WIFI available. All rooms are air-conditioned.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and sink. Bedroom 2 provides access to the covered terrace and there is a double bed (160x200). Also in bedroom 3 is a double bed (160x200). The fourth bedroom is a spacious room with a small double bed (140x200 cm).

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a so-called 'Jack & Jill' bathroom (washbasin, toilet and shower) where both bedrooms have their own door to the bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace.

Bedroom 4 has its own bathroom located in the hallway (shower, sink). In this hallway, you will also find the washing machine and dryer. There is a separate (guest) toilet in the house.

It is good to know that two of the bathrooms in this villa have been renovated. Before the start of the season, we will visit the villa again for a new photoshoot.

At the front of the villa, the swimming pool is located between the garden and covered terrace. The main terrace is covered and has a large dining table. Here you can eat outside and enjoy the wide sea view. The lounge set is also shaded under the jasmine-covered pergola next to the swimming pool. Bedrooms 2 and 3 provide access to this terrace.

The view is impressive, over the Mediterranean sea, as well as to the harbor of Les Issambres. In the extension of the terrace is a small garden; a lawn and some borders. Very nice is the presence of a boules court located at a lower level in the garden.

The pool is built in a v-shape and measures 8 x 3.5 m. There are 4 sunloungers present. There is also a gas BBQ.

Parking on site is possible however the driveway is frankly too steep and requires experience and driving skills. We do recommned parking on streetlevel. This also means that it is also difficult to walk down the driveway for people with walking difficulties.

Very attractive is the "absence" of the dividing line between living inside and outside terrace. Large sliding doors that can be moved completely in the wall ensure a seamless transition from living room to terrace and vice versa.

The villa is located on a closed Domaine between Les Issambres and Sainte Maxime. If you drive downhill by car you are in Les Issambres or in Sainte Maxime in 10 minutes. The famous beach Plage La Nartelle with its lovely beach clubs is a short distance from the villa.

The lively village of Sainte Maxime with its wide sandy beaches, bustling streets, all kinds of shops and a choice of restaurants is only 10 minutes away by car. In addition, from the port of Sainte Maxime you can get to the fashionable Saint Tropez in 10 minutes by ferry.
