This stylish, mostly single-level villa exudes the atmosphere of Ibiza: bright, artistic, and comfortable. You enter into the beautifully decorated living area, which connects directly to the spacious terrace and the swimming pool.

The atmospheric living room is tastefully furnished – including a comfortable XL seating area – and opens up to the terrace and pool through large sliding glass panels. Indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly, allowing you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean outdoor lifestyle.

The modern open kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room. It includes everything you need for extensive cooking: dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, oven, microwave, and a Nespresso machine. We particularly love the displayed crockery on the wooden shelves.

The villa features four luxurious bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms offer direct access to a terrace via French doors.

Bedroom 1, is the master bedroom and essentially a luxury suite. The double bed (2x90x210) is complemented by an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a separate freestanding bathtub. This room also has direct access to the spacious terrace.

Bedroom 2, located next to bedroom 1, has two single beds (2x90x210) set up as a double and also opens onto the wooden terrace.

Bedroom 3, also has a double bed (2x90x200) and access to a terrace. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack & Jill bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, sink, and a separte toilet.

Bedroom 4, is a family room located at the parking level. This bedroom offers two double beds (2x90x200) and an en-suite bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, and toilet. It is the perfect room for a young family with small children or for older kids who can enjoy a more independent and semi-private stay in the villa.

This stylish villa is set on a spacious private plot of no less than 1,800 m², surrounded by greenery and just a short distance from the charming sandy beach of Plage de la Nartelle. The atmosphere is unmistakably Mediterranean, with majestic parasol pines casting a beautiful play of light and shadow across the generous sun terrace.

The living room, kitchen, and three of the four bedrooms offer direct access to the large wooden terrace, which is ideally south-facing. It’s the perfect spot to relax together or quietly enjoy a good book.

The terrace is equipped with luxurious outdoor furniture, including a lounge set, comfortable armchairs, and a stylishly set dining table under an elegant stretched canopy. In our opinion, this is the ultimate place for long dinners under the stars.

For those who enjoy a game, there is a lovely pétanque court on the same level as the family room and parking area – ideal for a relaxed match at the end of the day.

The private swimming pool is the radiant centerpiece of outdoor life. Surrounding the pool is a spacious sun deck with luxury sun loungers and parasols. A special feature is the elevated lounging area with beanbags, offering a royal view over the pool and the villa – a unique spot to unwind with a glass of rosé in hand. Or simply perfect for a refreshing dip on warm days.

What makes this villa even more attractive is its proximity to the beloved sandy beach of Plage de la Nartelle. Enjoy a leisurely lunch at one of the renowned beach clubs such as Le WYC, La Voile, or Barco Beach – each offering a charming atmosphere, a delicious Mediterranean menu, and beautiful sea views.

During the summer months, Plage de la Nartelle comes alive with activity. Here, you can rent paddleboards, jet skis, surfboards, and water scooters – perfect for those who love a bit of action alongside sun and sea.

The villa is also close to Sainte-Maxime, a lively and charming seaside town full of inviting terraces, boutiques, and restaurants. The vibrant town center is just a short drive away and offers entertainment for all ages. From Sainte-Maxime’s harbor, ferries depart daily to Saint-Tropez – a relaxed and scenic way to cross the bay, avoiding traffic and parking hassle. Highly recommended!

On Tuesday and Sunday mornings, Sainte-Maxime hosts its famous Provençal market – a colorful celebration of local produce, fashion, art, and delicacies. A true feast for the senses.

A visit to iconic Saint-Tropez is, of course, a must. This glamorous harbor town is world-famous for its luxury yachts, designer boutiques, and buzzing nightlife. And for those who wish to escape the crowds, there are the prestigious beaches of Pampelonne with their exclusive beach clubs just outside town – or head inland to discover the authentic villages of Ramatuelle and Grimaud: charming, picturesque, and steeped in southern French charm.
