You enter the villa on the ground floor. From the living room, you have a beautiful view of the garden and pool. From the first floor, you have a panoramic view of St. Tropez and the sea. The villa is spacious and offers a total of 410 m² of living space. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The living room – furnished with luxurious sofas and seating – connects through large glass sliding doors on both sides with the sunny south. On one side, there is access to an indoor patio in an original Santa Fe style, and on the other side, there is access to the covered terrace, garden, and luxurious pool area.

Adjacent to the living room is a modern open kitchen with a nice bar area (8 people). Luxurious and fully equipped for delightful cooking (Quooker, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a large dining table (10 people) on the covered terrace.

On the ground floor, there is also an office room for those who need to work a bit during the holiday.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms; 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 master bedroom on the first floor, and 1 family/children's room on the basement floor.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a modern en-suite bathroom. All beds come with high-quality linens.

On the ground floor, bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each offer an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and W.C.). The beds are luxurious and double (180x200).

On the first floor, there is a spacious master bedroom. The word suite is a better description. The bed is double and XL size 210x200. The bathroom is en-suite and offers wonderful luxury including a beautiful bathtub. The photos speak for themselves. Also with a private terrace with views of the Mediterranean Sea.

In the basement, there is bedroom 5 with an en-suite bathroom (shower, double sink, and W.C.). It is more of a children's or family room. Kids will surely love this. There is room for 6 people to sleep (bed sizes 180x200, 180x200, 90x200, 90x200). Note: The total maximum capacity in this villa is set at 10 people including children.

The villa is situated in a small-scale Domaine built in 2023. As soon as you drive onto the property through the electric gate, you experience a sense of luxury and comfort. The garden is very well maintained.

Located a short drive from the center of Sainte Maxime, as well as some good grocery stores (butcher, fishmonger, cheesemonger) and a supermarket (Carrefour).

From the living room, you enter the garden, which is equipped with a lounge set, private pool, sunbeds, bean bags, and umbrellas.

The lounge set is XL size and wonderfully comfortable. Under the covered area of the terrace directly adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table (10 people). There is a gas BBQ for that extra holiday feeling of al fresco cooking.

The private pool measures 11 x 4 m and is equipped with a hardcover. The beautiful garden furniture (including seating area, outdoor dining table, sun loungers) together with the green artificial grass and large palm trees make this luxury villa a very pleasant place to stay. The pool is equipped with an electrolysis system instead of chlorine. This makes the water feel extra soft and slightly (lightly) salty.

The property is fully fenced and has an electric access gate and offers plenty of parking spaces.

The appeal of this villa is its location. The center of Sainte Maxime is about 7 minutes away, from where various scheduled boats depart to destinations such as Saint Tropez. Very fun to do.

Sainte Maxime is a popular and highly beloved seaside resort in the south of France on the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Popular due to its charming town center and favorable location. A short drive from the center is the popular La Nartelle beach, with long, south-facing beaches and many great beach clubs. You can also rent paddleboards, water scooters, jet skis, and surfboards.

Sainte Maxime also owes its fame to its proximity to Saint Tropez, the most popular destination in the region. From the port of Sainte Maxime, you can sail to Saint Tropez in 20 minutes by ferry – without traffic jams. The lovely boat trip is definitely worth it and ends in the chic harbor of Saint Tropez, where you can enjoy a day of fun.
