On the lower floor, bedrooms 5 and 6 also have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a guest toilet here.

There is also a very nice fitness room with Technogym equipment (Technogym Elliptical and Technogym multifunction bench). Also equipped with air conditioning.

The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Plage La Nartelle is within walking distance. Several popular beach clubs can be found here, where you can also dine in the evenings during high season. 

The bustling village of Sainte Maxime with its cosy terraces, quaint streets, all kinds of shops and a choice of restaurants is just 5 minutes away by car.

Moreover, from the Sainte Maxime harbour, you can reach the fashionable St Tropez in 10 minutes by boat. In the immediate vicinity are several beautiful golf courses and nice towns to visit such as Grimaud, Cogolin and Roquebrune.

The property manager of this villa, Linda, offers additional concierge services upon request. These include grocery service (a stocked fridge upon arrival), extra linen change, and a babysitting service.
