The villa spans two floors and consists of two sections. The ground floor, also the front part of the villa, features the living room, open kitchen, dining area, and in the elevated part, the private gym and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The kitchen is very well-equipped and offers, among other things, 2 dishwashers, a steam oven, toaster, electric citrus press, blender, and a fully automatic coffee machine.

On the first floor of the elevated section, there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The living room is spacious and contemporarily furnished with several beautiful seating options. The total living area is 315 m².

XXXThe modern kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. From the living room and dining area, you can enjoy the frontal view of the Mediterranean Sea and step directly onto the spacious sun terrace. Both the living and dining areas are air-conditioned.

There are 5 luxurious bedrooms and 6 modern bathrooms, all with air conditioning. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the same level as the living area. Bedrooms 3 to 5 are located on the upper floor. All bedrooms offer a comparable high standard of quality. The beds on the ground floor are double 180x200, and the beds on the first floor are double 160x200. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a TV with Apple TV. The luxurious en-suite bathrooms are equipped with either a single or double sink and a walk-in shower. One of the bathrooms features a beautiful bathtub. All bathrooms have a private toilet.

It's good to know that each bedroom has a generously sized safe that can fit items like a laptop. Each bathroom is equipped with a wall-mounted electric towel warmer. Each bathroom also offers beautiful Kiehl’s products including shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap. The Wi-Fi coverage is excellent, both inside and outside.

A spacious garage is also available to you. You can park two cars there easily and coolly, with direct internal access to the villa.

Both from the living room and the kitchen, large sliding doors provide access to the spacious terrace. On the terrace, you will find various luxury seating options, including a lounge set, a dining table, and a large BBQ. You have plenty of space to enjoy breakfast or dinner together with your group while taking in the expansive view of the Mediterranean Sea. Two large umbrellas provide refreshing shade.

On the rooftop terrace on the first floor, there is a luxury lounge set. From here, the seaview is even more spectacular. In our opinion, this is the perfect spot to start your evening with a glass of rosé in hand while enjoying the stunning view.

By the pool—which includes a swimming area of 8.5 x 5.5 m plus a step area of 5 x 2.2 m—comfortable sunbeds await you. Can you already picture yourself lounging here? A nice feature is that the pool is equipped with a counter-current system, allowing you to swim endlessly if desired.

Want to enjoy a game? Behind the villa, there is a pétanque court. You can park on the property.

The villa is located just 350 m from the beach. The close proximity to the bustling center of Sainte Maxime (a 15-minute walk), with its many restaurants and lively boulevard, is also highly appealing.

Want to go to Saint Tropez? It's a 20-minute walk to the harbor of Sainte Maxime, where a boat service—Bateaux Verts—will take you to the chic Saint Tropez in just 10 minutes.

In the immediate surroundings, you will find several beautiful golf courses and charming towns to visit, such as Grimaud, Cogolin, and Roquebrune.
