The villa is one so-called split level. The ground floor offers living room, dining room and spacious kitchen. A few steps higher are 3 of the 4 bedrooms. There is a TV room on the mezzanine.
On the 1st floor is bedroom 4.

The living room is tastefully and comfortably decorated with much attention to colour and comfort. Because the sliding terrace doors disappear into the wall, the inside is directly connected to the outside, the terrace. The eye is immediately drawn to the panoramic view of the sea. 

The living room has a spacious sitting area and a large fireplace. In line with the living room is the dining room with the dining table for 8 people. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen from where you also have access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and a Nespresso machine. A Sonos system takes care of the music.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are provided with air-conditioning. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, is situated on the level of the living room and the front terrace. This bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and an ensuite bathroom with shower. French doors give direct access to the spacious terrace.

Also bedrooms 2 and 3 are on this level although a few steps higher than the level in the living. Both bedrooms offer a double bed 160x200. Bedroom 2 offers an ensuite bathroom with W.C. Bedroom 3 offers a separate bathroom with a separate W.C. 

Via a staircase from the living room, you reach the fourth bedroom, which has recently been repainted and decorated. The bed is a double 160x200 and the bathroom is ensuite (shower). This bathroom has also been completely renovated recently We really like the private terrace with its super view of the Mediterranean Sea. A nice place for a cup of coffee in the morning. 

The villa is located just 5 minutes from the sea and beach. From the living room and kitchen there is direct access to the large terrace. The living room terrace with the dining table is covered and the kitchen terrace with the lounge set is equipped with an electric awning. 

The private swimming pool (12 x 6 m) is surrounded by a natural stone terrace. Sunbeds by the pool are waiting for you.

The garden is beautifully illuminated in the evening. The property is fully fenced and has an electric gate and offers ample parking space.

Southern France is about sun, beach and sea and this villa offers it all; a beautiful full view of the Mediterranean Sea and a terrace completely oriented to the south.

This villa is quietly situated in a domain in the hills between Sainte Maxime and Les Issambres. If you drive down by car you will reach Sainte Maxime or Les Issambres in 5-7 minutes. Both places are situated directly on the coast and have a harbour from where several boats depart to e.g. Saint Tropez.

The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Plage La Nartelle is only a few minutes away. There are several good beach clubs to be found here, where you can also enjoy a delicious evening meal during the high season. 

The lively village of Sainte Maxime with its beaches, bustling streets, all kinds of shops and a variety of restaurants is only 5 minutes away by car. Moreover, from the port of Sainte Maxime you can reach the fashionable Saint Tropez in 10 minutes by ferry.

In the immediate vicinity are several beautiful golf courses and nice places to visit such as Grimaud, Cogolin and Roquebrune. See also our page on Sainte Maxime.

From the airport in Nice you are normally one hour away by car. Saint Tropez is 30 minutes away (in summer also directly accessible by boat from the ports). 

In July and August there is a minimum rental period of 2 weeks.
