The villa is one so-called split level. The ground floor offers living room, dining room and spacious kitchen. A few steps higher are 3 of the 4 bedrooms. There is a TV room on the mezzanine.
On the 1st floor is bedroom 4.

The living room is tastefully and comfortably decorated with much attention to colour and comfort. Because the sliding terrace doors disappear into the wall, the inside is directly connected to the outside, the terrace. The eye is immediately drawn to the panoramic view of the sea. 

The living room has a spacious sitting area and a large fireplace. In line with the living room is the dining room with the dining table for 8 people. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen from where you also have access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and a Nespresso machine. A Sonos system takes care of the music.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, is air-conditioned and situated on the level of the living room and the front terrace. This bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and an ensuite bathroom with shower. French doors give direct access to the spacious terrace.

Also bedrooms 2 and 3 are on this level although a few steps higher than the level in the living. Both bedrooms offer a double bed 160x200. Bedroom 2 offers an ensuite bathroom with W.C. Bedroom 3 offers a separate bathroom with a separate W.C. These bedrooms have also been supplied with air conditioning.

Via a staircase from the living room, you reach the fourth bedroom, which has recently been repainted and decorated. The bed is a double 160x200 and the bathroom is ensuite (shower). This bathroom has also been completely renovated recently We really like the private terrace with its super view of the Mediterranean Sea. A nice place for a cup of coffee in the morning.
