The living room is bright, spacious and offers contemporary designer seating. The fully equipped kitchen is an extension of the living room. Both living and kitchen open onto the partially covered terrace, dining table under the trees, pool and summer kitchen and seating area. 

Wifi is fibre optic, you can't get better in the south of France.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 W.C.'s. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor - level living - and 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor. 

On the ground floor bedroom 1, a children's bedroom, is equipped with a bunk bed (90x200). The bathroom (shower and W.C) is in the hallway.

The other 4 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have a double bed (180x200) The 5th bedroom has a bunk bed (90x200). The bedrooms on the 1st floor share 2 bathrooms (bath, shower, separate W.C.) and (shower and W.C.). 

The villa is arranged on the first floor so that two families can each use one of the two bedrooms therefor having their own bathroom and toilet. 

From the living room, patio doors open onto the spacious terrace and pool. Very nice is the dining table under the shady trees near the kitchen. The garden is beautifully landscaped with palms, many different types of flowers and a boules court, nice for the kids to play.

The infinity pool measures 8 x 4 m with roman steps and a pool alarm. Around the pool is a large terrace and there is an outdoor shower with cold water, there is plenty of luxurious garden furniture including lovely sun loungers.

The spacious, south-facing sun terrace offers lovely views over the valley and is equipped with comfortable loungers. Several small sitting areas under and between the palm trees offer the perfect spot for everyone to relax with a book or a good glass of wine. Children have fun with the ping-pong table or on the lawn in the hanging chairs and hammock under the leafy roof plane trees. At the end of the day, the on-site petanque court is the perfect place for an apero and a game of petanque with the whole family.

There is one parking space available at the villa. Ample parking is available in the immediate vicinity for additional cars.

Nice feature are the tennis courts (shared, booking free of charge)

The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Plage de La Nartelle is a few minutes away by car. Several popular beach clubs can be found here, where you can also dine very attractively in the evenings during high season.

Sainte Maxime, a lively large village with bustling streets, several shops and a choice of restaurants is only 10 minutes away by car. See also our page on Sainte Maxime. Moreover, from the Sainte Maxime harbour, you can reach fashionable Saint Tropez in 10 minutes by ferry.
