You enter the villa on the first floor, where four of the five bedrooms are located. The staircase leads down to the ground-floor level, where you will find the living area, kitchen and one additional bedroom. The swimming pool and terrace are also on this same level, creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor living.

The living area is bright, spacious and stylishly decorated in a contemporary style, with comfortable designer seating. French doors connect the living room directly to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly from the living area and offers direct access to the covered terrace with a dining table under the trees: a wonderful spot for long lunches and dinners in the shade.

The villa has fibre-optic WiFi; it does not get better than this in the South of France.

In total, the villa offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, on the same level as the living area, swimming pool and terrace. The other four bedrooms are located on the first floor.

On the ground floor, you will find bedroom 1, a children’s room with a bunk bed measuring 90 x 200 cm. The bathroom with shower and toilet is located in the hallway.

On the first floor, bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are each furnished with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. Bedroom 5 has a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. The bedrooms on this floor share two bathrooms: one bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet, and one bathroom with shower and toilet.

The layout of the first floor is ideal for two families: each can make use of two bedrooms, a private bathroom and a private toilet.

From the living room, patio doors open onto the spacious terrace and pool. Very nice is the dining table under the shady trees near the kitchen. The garden is beautifully landscaped with palms, many different types of flowers and a boules court, nice for the kids to play.

The infinity pool measures 8 x 4 m with roman steps and a pool alarm. Around the pool is a large terrace and there is an outdoor shower with cold water, there is plenty of luxurious garden furniture including lovely sun loungers.

The spacious, south-facing sun terrace offers lovely views over the valley and is equipped with comfortable loungers. Several small sitting areas under and between the palm trees offer the perfect spot for everyone to relax with a book or a good glass of wine. Children have fun with the ping-pong table or on the lawn in the hanging chairs and hammock under the leafy roof plane trees. At the end of the day, the on-site petanque court is the perfect place for an apero and a game of petanque with the whole family.

There is one parking space available at the villa. Ample parking is available in the immediate vicinity for additional cars.

Nice feature are the tennis courts (shared, booking free of charge)

Sainte-Maxime, a lively town with charming streets, a variety of shops and a wide selection of restaurants, is only 10 minutes away by car. Please also see our page about Sainte-Maxime.

A lovely thing to do is to explore the area by bike — there are excellent cycle paths — towards Saint-Tropez or Grimaud. Bicycles can be rented in Sainte-Maxime.

A real recommendation is to take the ferry from the harbour of Sainte-Maxime to Saint-Tropez. In the morning, visit the large and very charming Provençal market on Place des Lices, followed by lunch at one of the popular beach clubs. Reservations are always recommended. For the ultimate jet-set feeling, you can order a water taxi to pick you up from the private beach of Beauvallon.

In the immediate surroundings, you will find several beautiful golf courses and charming places to visit, such as Grimaud, Cogolin and Roquebrune-sur-Argens. From Nice Airport, the drive normally takes about one hour.
