This Provençal family villa (220 m²) is ideal for families and groups of friends looking for space, comfort, and an authentic atmosphere. The combination of a spacious living area, tasteful modern art on the walls, and a fully equipped kitchen makes this house a wonderful place to enjoy together. Thanks to the flexible layout with a separate studio, the villa is suitable for both smaller and larger groups.

In the main house you will find a cosy living room with modern art on the walls. The large lounge is furnished with sofas and a fireplace and connects through sliding doors to a reading room and a spacious dining room with open kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large dining table seating 12, a generous cooking island and several worktops. It features a 5-burner Boretti stove with 2 ovens, among other modern appliances.

The villa has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1, master bedroom (ground floor): double bed (160x200), modern en-suite bathroom (toilet, bathtub, walk-in shower). Air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 (first floor): two double beds (1x180x200 and 1x160x200). Air conditioning.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 (first floor): both with double bed (180x200), both air-conditioned. These bedrooms share a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

The remaining bedrooms are located in a separate studio, accessible via a private entrance in the garden or via a bridge connection from the first floor of the main house:

Bedroom 5: spacious living/bedroom with double bed (180x200), kitchenette, dining table with chairs, and en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet).
Bedroom 6: double bed (180x200). The studio has one large air conditioning unit cooling the entire floor.

Set within 4000 m² of private grounds, the villa offers ample space for a large family or group of friends. This upscale setting will meet all your desires for escape and relaxation in complete privacy.

The villa is ensconced in a beautiful garden with old palm trees, olive trees, oleanders and fragrant lavender. On the terrace next to the house you’ll find a large dining table. Picture yourself enjoying long al fresco meals, fresh from your own charcoal barbecue, with a stunning sea view! The little bungalow at the far end of the garden offers an even more exclusive setting. With a balcony directly overlooking the sea, it feels like a lighthouse.
The grounds of the villa are fully fenced, with two entrances giving access to the street and one to the pebble beach. The small coves and rocks are great for snorkelling, fishing, or hiking.

The heatable kidney-shaped pool (about 8 x 5 m, 1,40 m deep) is surrounded with a large terrace. This is your sunbathing headquarters, featuring a lounge deck (about 10 x 2 m) and comfortable teak sunbeds.

Several shaded spots are sprinkled throughout the garden — a blessing during the hot hours of the day. While the adults relax, the children can play in garden: it is flat and offers plenty of space. The little ones will love the swings and the playhouse!

A large stone bench is carved into the garden wall on the sea side. A fabulous spot to lounge all day in the balmy air of the French Riviera, enjoying a bewitching view of the Mediterranean sea.

Saint-Aygulf is a quiet coastal resort sitting between Fréjus / Saint-Raphael and Les Issambres. A ferry boat takes you from Saint-Raphael or Les Issambres to Saint-Tropez in less than half an hour, unless you prefer to drive (45 minutes). Within 10 minutes by car, you can play golf at the course of Roquebrune-sur-Argens. The lively coastal town of Sainte-Maxime is a 20-minutes’ drive away from your villa, Cannes is 40 minutes, and the airport of Nice only 50 minutes away. Alternatively, you can take the train (TGV) to Saint-Raphael. 

During the low season you can rent the villa for a short stay, with a minimum of 3 days. Say, how about a short golfing holiday?

Studio Option

The option to rent the studio or not (see also price list) applies only to bookings outside the high season. A reservation in July and August always includes the studio. The indicated high-season price includes the studio.

If you are traveling with more than 10 people outside the high season, the studio will be automatically added with a surcharge. If you are traveling with fewer than 10 people but still wish to book the studio, this can be done for an additional fee. Please contact our service desk for prices and availability.
