The villa sits just a short walk away from the beach, yet its location in a quiet street of a residential area ensures a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

The stately entrance leads you directly into the spacious, lavishly furnished living space, composed of a lounge area and a dining room. It is located at the front of the residence and extends into the terrace through beautiful French doors. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi.

A generously proportioned kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a 5-burner gas cooker, a microwave, an American fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. 

The villa has 6 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor. It features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a lounge corner with TV and sofa that can serve as a sleeping couch for a child, in addition to a separate cot. The bathroom next to this bedroom has a shower and a separate WC. 

Bedrooms 2, 3, 4, and 5 are situated on the first floor that you reach through a beautiful staircase with Salernes tiles, an emblem of the Provençal style. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and boast a fabulous sea view. Bedroom 4 also features a double bed (160 x 200). Bedroom 5 is smaller and offers bunk beds. The first-floor bedrooms all share a bathroom with shower.

An independent studio, tucked away in the garden, has a double bed, a bathroom with shower and separate WC, a small lounge area, and a terrace. The living room, studio and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The unique character of this villa comes from its stately look and comfortable location. As you walk out of the garden through the back entrance, you are just 50 m away from the beach and its lovely restaurants.

The split-level landscaped garden is very spacious (2000 sq. m) and fenced to ensure full privacy. There is a table tennis and a petanque court.

A covered terrace with a barbecue is adjacent to the living and dining room. From the terrace a few steps lead down to the large heatable pool (5 x 12 m), surrounded with a terrace with sunbeds. A few more steps down, and you are in the garden.

The parking space to the front of the villa accommodates several cars.

Villa Paquerette is located within walking distance from another beautiful property — villa Souvenance. If you are hosting a large gathering — a wedding, a family event —, you can rent both and accommodate up to 26 adults, 1 child and 2 babies.

Saint-Aygulf is a lovely seaside resort at the heart of the French Riviera, near Saint-Tropez, between Fréjus and Les Issambres. It is only a 40-minutes’ drive away from the airport of Nice, but you can also take a TGV train from the airport, which brings you directly to Saint-Raphael. Saint-Tropez is about 45 minutes away by car, and in the summer months you can also reach it by boat from one of the ports.
