Souvenance

The villa is luxury and contemporary decorated. The spacious living is L-shaped with a modern comfortable seating and satellite TV (NL channels), a XXL dining table for 10. The large kitchen has professional equipment like a large stove with an oven and a fryer. There is a dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, Nespresso coffee machine (you have to bring you own capsules) washer and dryer. Separate toilet and an ironing room.

There are 5 bedrooms, all located on the first floor. On this floor there is a luxurious modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. At the frontside of the villa are the 2 bedrooms with sea view. They both have a double bed (180x200 and 160x200). One of these bedrooms has its own sink. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (160x200). Bedroom 4 has a double bed (160x200) and a sink. Bedroom 5 has a bunk bed and a private sink and shower. A cot is available. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. WIFI is available in the villa.

Bedroom 6 and 7 are in the annex in the garden, next to the main house. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet) and a double bed (160x200). Both bedrooms have a private shaded terrace and satellite TV (NL channels). They also have airconditioning.

At the end of the garden of the villa, by the harbour, there is a small apartment (without kitchen) that can be booked in addition to the main villa upon request. The apartment has a room with a double bed and a small bedroom with bunk beds, making it ideal for a family with 2 young children.

The villa has a superb and unique location, directly on St.Aygulf harbour. The entrance to the villa is located at a quiet street in a residential area close to the sea and beach. From the side entrance at the first part of the garden you are almost directly at the beach. The large (2800m2), enclosed and landscaped, garden runs all the way down to the harbour and is set on several levels. You can even play football in one part of the garden. 

The living room gives direct access to a large terrace with awning and two large dining tables. The pool (10x4m) is set in terrace with luxury sun-loungers. Poolheating is possible. Next to the pool is a poolhouse (Gas BBQ available). Besides this terrace, there is another terrace and there are several seating areas, a ping-pong table and a jeux-de-boules pitch. There is enough space to park several cars.

Villa Souvenance is within walking distance of Villa Paquerette (nr 161) and these two villas are ideal to hire together for a family occasion such as a wedding or family party. Together they offer space for up to 26 adults, 1 child and 2 babies.

St. Aygulf is a lovely seaside resort between Frejus and les Issambres and not far from St.Tropez. It takes about 40 minutes by car to get to St. Aygulf form Nice airport, and it is easy to reach via the motorway. The TGV arrives at St.Raphael. In summer, a regular taxi boat goes between St.Aygulf and St.Tropez.
