The entrance to the villa is located in a quiet street in a residential area, close to the sea and beach. On the right side of the entrance there is a games / lounge room for the kids. 

Left of the entrance is the spacious living room with sitting area and a large dining table. In line with the living room you find the beautiful large kitchen with all amenities including large cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and American nespresso machine. WIFI, radio, iPod dockingstation, TV and DVD player available.

The villa has 4 bedrooms. All 4 bedrooms have airconditioning.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor. There is a double bed (180x200). The bathroom is en-suite with beautiful walk-in shower. From the hallway you reach 2 guest toilets.

On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite modern bathroom (washbasin and shower). Very nice is the French balcony.

Bedroom 3 is a very spacious family room, there are 2 double beds (2x180x200). The bathroom is en-suite (walk-in shower and double washbasin. Bedroom 4 is a simple smaller (children's) bedroom with a queen-size bed (140x200) and a washbasin. Bedroom 4 uses the bathroom of bedroom 2 or 3 if desired. There is 1 separate toilet on the first floor.

There is a small room on the ground floor that serves as an office. This room could well be used as a children's bedroom.

From the living room and the kitchen you have direct access to a large terrace with awning and a large dining table. The spacious garden is very private and the fine lawn offers enough space to enjoy the sea and the pool. Around the pool (approx 9x4m)you find the terrace with luxurious  teak lounge chairs. 

Both the garden and the terrace offer a panoramic view over the sea and the sound of the surf is heard throughout the day. The sea is directly behind the garden wall and  directly at the house you find a pebble beach and rocks, where good snorkeling and fishing activities can take place.

From the villa, the harbor, the beautiful sandy beach of St. Aygulf, the market, the shops and the bakery are all within walking distance!

St Aygulf is a pleasant seaside resort between Frejus and Les Issambres, not far from St Tropez.

From Nice Airport and via the auto route, St Aygulf is easily reached within 40 minutes by car. The T.G.V. arrives in St Raphael. In the summer, taxi boats depart regularly from St Aygulf to St Tropez.

Once a week there is a Provencal market in St. Aygulf, you can easily go there by foot.
