This magnificent villa is delightfully spacious with 350 m² of living space. Carefully finished with high-quality materials and fully air-conditioned, this villa promises an unmatched stay.
Relax in the generous living area, where comfortable seating and modern color schemes create an inviting atmosphere. Adjacent, you will find a dining room with a large table for 12 people, perfect for elaborate dinners or cozy family gatherings. Behind this is a well-equipped, spacious kitchen.
There are a total of 5 generous bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms in this villa. There are 2 bedrooms on the living level and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The bedrooms all offer similar comfort: a luxury double bed (180x200), television with Google Chrome, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Take a look at the photos for a better impression of what your next dream stay could be.
If you want to experience the ultimate vacation vibe, you only need to look at the pool with its neatly arranged sunbeds and umbrellas. The view from the terrace and from all the sunbeds is simply impressive.
That feeling especially takes over when you realize how long the pool is; an impressive 20 x 4.5 meters. Naturally, it comes with a pool house with a shaded seating area.
On the terrace next to the dining room, you find an XL outdoor table with 10 seats for delightful al fresco lunches or dinners. Fine crockery is available so that you can style the table as beautifully as shown in the pictures. The owner himself likes to enjoy an aperitif in the seating area by the poolhouse.
The villa is situated on a completely enclosed plot of 5,200 m2. The combination of the spacious pool, the large sun terrace, the luxurious lounge sets, and the expansive grounds offers ample opportunity for recreation and relaxation.
There is plenty of room for parking multiple cars.
Agay is a beautiful seaside resort belonging to the municipality of Saint-Raphaël in the Var department. It is part of the Côte d'Azur.
Agay is a small yet lively resort situated at the foot of the red rock mountains of the Estérel between Saint-Raphaël (9 km to the west) and Cannes (35 km to the east). Agay, like the entire Estérel massif, is famous for its “red rocks”.
The coastal road from Agay to Cannes runs along the Estérel massif, famed for its “red rocks”. It's a beautiful drive that we highly recommend.

Fréjus-Saint-Raphaël: Roman seaside resorts near the Estérel mountains
Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël, two ancient Roman coastal towns of origin, are located next to each other and are therefore always mentioned in one breath. Today it is a popular holiday destination for families with children because of its beautiful sandy beaches, lively promenades and festivities in the summer. Due to its location (between St Tropez and Cannes and the Esterel mountains), Frejus-Saint-Raphaël is also a very good starting point for day trips, bike rides and walks. Especially in Fréjus you can find many remains of the Roman era. Visit the small coastal towns Anthéor, Le Trayas and Agay as well.
