The beautifully crafted wooden front door shows great promise. And in our opinion, it truly delivers. The living room is spacious and very attractively furnished with comfy contemporary furniture. The open kitchen is a delight for cooking enthusiasts. Absolutely everything is available: a beautiful SMEG stove, an American fridge (ice cubes and cold water), two separate sinks, and plenty of nice tableware. The living room offers access to the terrace through French doors. On the terrace, you can enjoy sitting under the pergola. In the seating area, there is an Internet TV with Google Chromecast.

Wi-Fi is via fiber optic, which is the best you can get in the South of France. We particularly like the playroom/library on the first floor. A beautiful room with a billiard table and a table football game.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 4 – private or en-suite – bathrooms.

Bedroom 1, is located on the ground floor. The bedroom is spacious and offers a box-spring double bed (2x90x200). The bathroom is private and is located right next to the bedroom (walk-in shower, double washbasin, toilet). The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.

Bedroom 2, on the first floor. This bedroom offers a box-spring double bed (2x90x200). The bathroom (walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet) is en-suite. The bedroom features air conditioning.

Bedroom 3, also on the first floor. The bed consists of double beds (2x90x200). The bathroom is en-suite (bathtub, washbasin, and toilet). There is air conditioning.

Villa Valescure is located in a quiet residential residential area at a short distance from the beach and sea. The garden is spacious and beautifully green. Due to the large trees, there is a shady spot at any time of the day. You imagine yourself in the countryside, while you are close to all amenities, beach and nature.

The terrace around the pool offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation. Luxurious sunbeds and parasols complete the holiday feeling.

You're also likely to spend a lot of time in the colorful pool house. Here is also a BBQ and a refrigerator. The large dining table invites you for long lunches. A second barbecue area is located at the rear of the house, adjacent to the kitchen.

French doors provide access to the terrace from the living room. On the terrace you can sit under the pergola. In addition to a nice lounge set, there is also a Fermob dining table set. A cozy place - together with the goldfish in the small pond - to enjoy breakfast together or to drink a cup of coffee.

The villa offers ample parking space; 2 cars on site and outside the gate it is also easy to park.

The location of the house offers something for everyone. Saint Raphaël is an original French seaside resort, which has not yet been overrun by foreign tourists. Due to its location, the house offers the opportunity to have both a relaxing and active holiday at a very short distance.

The beaches of Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus are less than 5 km from the house and are easily accessible. The beautiful beach of Agay is 10 kilometers (15 minutes) from the house. Tip: go to Tikiplage, one of the 10 most beautiful beaches on the French Riviera.

A very nice day trip is by boat to Saint-Tropez. From the port of Saint Raphaël there is a direct boat connection to Saint-Tropez. The car can be parked in the covered parking garage at the harbor. On Tuesdays and Saturdays there is a large and very pleasant market in Saint-Tropez.

For hikers and mountain bikers, the entrance to the beautiful nature reserve 'Estérel' is 7.5 km away (10 minutes) from the house. For cyclists, the coastal road, Corniche d'Or, offers a beautiful route.

For a day fun with the kids, Aqualand is nearby. Furthermore, for golf enthusiasts, golf courses are nearby. Less than 2 km from the house are tennis courts and 2 golf courts; golf and tennis club de Valescure - (golfdevalescure.com) , or Bluegreen member home (cps.golf). A third golf course is 10 km away; golf Cap Esterel.

15 minutes from the A8, 45 minutes from Nice airport, 10 minutes from the train station (including TGV stop from Paris), 40 minutes to the center of Cannes, 55 minutes to the center of Nice. Bakery and Spar supermarket are 1.2 km away, 2 minutes by car or 17 minutes on foot.
