Gorgeous villa with private pool in Saint Tropez, Côte d'Azur. The ultimate villa for experiencing the Saint Tropez vibe. Adjacent to its own vineyard, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and within walking distance (15 minutes) of the center of this vibrant town. Just 4 km from the famous beaches of Pampelonne. The villa accommodates 6 (or 8) adults and 4 (or 2) children.

The villa is cozy and comfortable. From the entrance you have access to the living with seating area. In line with the living you find the library, a cozy room with nice furniture. The villa has been designed and furnished in a way that enables maximum connection between the terrace and the garden.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a six-burner stove, microwave, oven etc. The refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker, making it very convenient for a refreshing drink or cocktail. The kitchen opens onto the terrace. Dutch TV channels and Wifi are available.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and toilet) is located in line with the living and library. French doors give access to the terrace near the pool. It has a double bed (160x200). Bedroom 2 and 3 are accessible from the lobby / entrance. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160x200), bedroom 3 has two single beds (80x200). Both bedrooms share a simple bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms feature a Provencal-style wardrobe with a generous washbasin.
Bedroom 4 is located in a private studio with a separate entrance, located next to the villa entrance, in the right wing. The studio has a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) with private bathroom (shower and toilet) and a small living. The entire villa is air-conditioned.
The villa is situated in a quiet area and offers 100% privacy. The special feature of the villa is the location. Within 15 minutes, you are walking in the bustling center of Saint Tropez. The famous Pampelonne beach is 4 kilometers from the villa. The location of this villa plays a large role in the determination of the rental price.
The pool is large (11 x 5 m) and is surrounded by a sun terrace with teak lounge chairs. There is a pool house with WC, shower, fridge and a summer kitchen. The garden and the surroundings are very green and this creates a relaxing atmosphere. The perfect spot to gaze out over the vineyard and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez while pondering, with a cup of coffee in hand. A gas BBQ is available. The pool is equipped with a pool alarm and upon request a fence can be placed for extra protection for younger children.
Saint Tropez needs little introduction. Good restaurants, a rocking nightlife, an extensive range of wonderful shops, and the famous harbour are just a few features of this fashionable town. Also nice (Tuesday and Saturday) is the market on the Place des Lices. For a sophisticated lunch at one of the many beach clubs on Pampelonne beach it only takes a 5 minute drive by car. It is also nice to visit one of the picturesque Provencal villages, near St. Tropez: Ramatuelle, Gassin and Grimaud.
