Triangle d'Or

The living is furnished with modern designer furniture in light colours. In the seating area you find a large flatscreen-tv and a design hifi system with iPod connection.The glass sliding doors give access to the covered terrace with a large dining table. From the living you have a good view over the pool and the garden. In the basement, you find the laundry room (washer and dryer) and the playroom for children with a table football game. The modern kitchen is equipped with, amongst others,  a large stove, nespresso machine and a dishwasher. There is a large dining table for 10. 

The villa has 4 bedrooms at the ground floor.
Bedroom 1, the spacious master bedroom is at the pool side of the villa with a large modern en-suite bathroom (shower, bath and WC).

Bedrooms 2,3 and 4 are a little smaller, located at the other side of the living. Bedroom 2 has a queen size double (140x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink). Bedroom 3 and 4 share a bathroom (shower and sink) Bedroom 3 also has a queen double (140x200) and in bedroom 4 you find 2 bunkbeds (4x90x200). We consider this a children’s bedroom.

From the living you have access to the covered terrace with a dining table for 10. From here you have a beautiful view over the flat garden and the pool (12x4). The lovely green garden has several Pinus Pinea’s (umbrella trees). These trees provide wonderfull shaded seating areas.

The large flat lawn is great for kids to play on. Next to the pool you will find 8 sunbeds on the terrace with a very large parasol and a covered terrace with a luxurious lounge set.
On site you can park at least 2 cars.

The villa is located at a private Domaine with some other detached villas. Entrance to the Domaine is through an electric gate.

In the port of Saint Tropez you will see beautiful yachts and motorboats. Along the quayside there are several nice cafes and restaurants. From the pier in the harbour, you have a wonderful view over Saint Tropez, the old town and the bay. Along the old tower, a nice path goes up to the old district of La Ponche. In the narrow streets near the old town there are very good shopping opportunities. Famous shopping streets near the harbor are the Rue Gambetta and Rue Francois Sibilli. 

On tuesday and saturday there is a market at the ‘Place de Lices’. Every morning you find a fruit, vegetable and fruit market at the picturesque ‘Place aux Herbes’ near the harbor.
