The open kitchen is an extension of the living room. Modern and fully furnished and equipped with an induction and two full ovens, American refrigerator with ice cubes dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. From the kitchen with design dining table there is also access to the spacious terrace. The living room and kitchen are equipped with air conditioning.

The villa has a real TV room with an XL sitting area. The TV is 65 inches, so plenty of viewing pleasure. You will also find an extensive libary with Dutch, English and German books as well as a variety of board games.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. A handy layout if you want to go on holiday with 2 families.

On the 1st floor; Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200) and a beautiful Jack & Jill bathroom (shower and toilet), which means that the 2nd bedroom also has access to this bathroom. This bedroom has air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed (2x90x200). This bedroom has air conditioning.

On the ground floor; Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180x200). The bathroom is en-suite (sink and shower in bath). Bedroom 4 is a studio and can only be reached from the outside. In addition to a double bed 160x200, this nicely furnished studio offers a bathroom (shower and toilet) and a beautiful kitchenette including coffee maker and kettle.
