You enter the villa on the 2nd floor, on street level. This is a wide-open space which provides a modern, open kitchen, a living and a dining corner. Comfortable furniture is spread around the living. A seating area has been created with a comfortable sofa and LCD TV. Through sliding doors you bring the outside in and enjoy, from the French balcony, a beautiful view. The dining table seats 8 guests. 

A true eye-catcher is the modern staircase that connects the three levels of the villa. We are impressed by the details of the staircase. There are steel-wire cords from the third to the first floor. 

The sleek, modern kitchen is furnished with a.o. an American style fridge freezer, espresso machine etc. On the ground floor, which levels with the pool, there is a second kitchen with a fridge, oven, toaster, coffee-machine and a stove. 

The villa has 4 modern bedrooms and 4 luxurious bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is located on the ground floor, on pool level. It is a spacious bedroom which contains a double bed and a luxurious open, en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, double basin). You can enter the garden with terrace and pool through the sliding doors. 

The other bedrooms are located on the first floor. Bedroom 2, in fact also a master bedroom, is a spacious room with a double bed and a large en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is furnished in a modern way and provide a bath and double basin. In bedroom 3 there is a double bed (2x90x200) and this room is endowed with an en-suite bathroom (shower and double basin) as well. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower and double basin).

The villa is situated on a wonderfully spacious, almost flat terrain. You enter the garden via the ground floor. On the terrace (pebbles) you will find a dining table with chairs. The Plane trees provide plenty of shade for a delicious lunch or dinner (BBQ is available). A lounge set cannot be missed on this terrace!

From the terrace you walk through the lawn towards the pool area. The L-shaped pool is surrounded by a beautiful lawn and offers a so-called Plage. The pool measure 16 x 4 m and goes from 1 up to 2 m deep. 

There is a shallow part in the pool ( a socalled plage) which makes a nice place for water fun for smaller children. Around the pool there are various luxury sun beds set up to enjoy the sun on a warm summer's day. From both the terrace and the pool you look out over the Provencal hills towards the Mediterranean sea. 

The various trees spread over the garden offer plenty of shade for the summer days. This makes it possible to to choose whether to enjoy the schade or the sun, all day long. The spacious lawn offers opportunities for recreation and fun for everyone.

If you choose to visit a city, we recommend the walled artists' village of Saint Paul de Vence. A popular village among artists and art lovers. There are many art galleries located in the atmospheric streets of the village. World-famous is the private museum Fondation Maeght.

The villa is ideally located for visiting various cities at the Côte d’Azur, like Grasse and Cannes. You can drive to Cannes in 40 minutes. De city of Grasse is world famous thanks to its perfume industry.  

Do you want to go to the beach? You will arrive on the beach of Cagnes sur Mer after a 20-minute drive.
