The living room is located on the first floor, on the same level as the entrance. Upon arrival, the wide panoramic view immediately stands out and can be fully enjoyed from the living area. Between the living room and the kitchen there is a large dining table with 8 comfortable chairs, ideal for long dinners and enjoyable evenings together.

The modern Provençal kitchen is well equipped and offers, among other features, an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. For coffee lovers, there is both a filter coffee machine and an espresso machine. A kettle, toaster, and grill are also available. XXOutdoor cooking is of course possible as well: the BBQ makes it easy to cook outside and then enjoy the view. XXOn the ground floor, at pool level, there is a TV lounge area with a comfortable seating corner. A lovely place to relax, watch a film or series, or play a game together on the Xbox.

The 6,000 m² private grounds also provide plenty of space for children to play.

The property is located 4 km from Ampus, a charming and typically Provençal village. Perfect for a morning stroll through narrow streets, picking up a fresh baguette at the bakery, or enjoying a drink on the little square under the plane trees.

Looking for a bit more buzz and amenities? The larger town of Draguignan is about 11 km away. It offers shops, markets, and cosy cafés, ideal for a day out or for doing practical grocery shopping.

Around Ampus, there are many charming villages that are all well worth exploring. Think of Bargemon, or Villecroze (known for its cave dwellings), and Tourtour, often called the “village in the sky”. Flayosc is also a lovely stop, with quaint streets and inviting places to eat. Each village has its own character, yet they all share that relaxed South of France atmosphere.

Within around 40 minutes, the Mediterranean coast is within reach, with beaches near Fréjus and enjoyable day trips to Saint-Tropez, Cannes, or Nice. Nature lovers will feel at home here too: the Gorges du Verdon are a short drive away and are a paradise for hikers, climbers, and anyone who enjoys rugged scenery. At Lac de Sainte-Croix, the lake can be explored in a fun way as well, for example by boat.
