In the spacious and tastefully decorated living room the comfortable lounge area is situated around the oversized fireplace. Here you will also find a large (42 inch) flat screen TV with internet TV and Netflix hidden into a antique cabinet. On the other side of the living room there is a well stocked library with books and comfortable sitting area. In the centre of the living room stands a striking large farm XL table thats seats 14 people. The modern kitchen is a bespoke Italian design and is equipped with state of the art Siemens kitchen appliances, Nespresso coffee machine & Miele electric cooktop. The kitchen is open to an additional separate split-level relaxing space with comfortable sofas and chairs.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed (180x200) and is airconditioned. It also has a en-suite bathroom. The 2nd double bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200) also an en-suite bathroom and also offers airconditioning.

The 3rd bedroom is adjacent to number 4. It offers a double bed (160x200) and shares a 3rd bathroom (with bath) with the children's bedroom (2 bunk beds) being bedroom number 4. 

There is also a separate playroom for children. This room is also called the cinema room given the large size flat screen TV, Playstation, and a DVD player with a range of Kids DVD’s and the large and comfortable couches. Wifi internet is available throughout the villa.

The ground floor offers a wide view over the valley and the village Bargemon. Through patio doors you walk from the living room on to a large stone terrace on which a wooden dining table and a gas Weber barbecue. From the terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view.

The villa is on two acres of fully fenced and extensively illuminated private grounds. The garden is very well maintained and includes very old olive trees. Access is via a secure electric gate with remote control via a private driveway which leads to the villa.

The pool (10 x 5) is fully enclosed for safety. The terrace around the pool comes with luxury sun loungers and large parasols. The pool house offers a seating area outside in the shade and is equipped  with a small kitchen and a bathroom (shower and toilet). For the kids there is also a traditional swing on the grounds.

Saint Tropez and Cannes and the Gorges Du Verdon are all about 60 minutes. There are over 8 different restaurant choices in the Bargemon village including a number of Michelin-starred restaurants within 20 minutes drive. There is also a supermarket in the Bargemon Village.
