The villa features a very spacious, comfortable living room with a fireplace and television. From the living room, you can enjoy sweeping views of the hills through the glass sliding doors that completely disappear into the wall when opened.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining room. Here, you’ll find a large dining table with seating for 10. The dining room provides access to the kitchen, which is modern and fully equipped. There is also a breakfast table with two high bar stools.On this floor, there is also the guest toilet.

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with a fan. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and two on the first floor. All bedrooms offer beautiful furnishings, ample wardrobe space, and luxurious bedding.

Ground floor: Bedroom 1 features a double bed (180x210) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and WC). Bedroom 2 has a double bed (180x210) and an en-suite bathroom (shower).

First floor: Bedroom 3, the master bedroom, includes a double bed (200x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, WC). A highlight is the large balcony that spans the entire front of this bedroom. Bedroom 4 (approx. 18 m²) has two single beds (90x200). This bedroom has a separate bathroom (bathtub, WC).
