La Baume

The house has two floors full south facing. The floor at the entrance level has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. All rooms on this floor are spacious and equipped with an oak parquet floor. The lower second floor has a large living room, kitchen and second bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities including a Smeg stove / oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms are situated on the same level as the entrance. All 3 bedrooms have a double bed (160x200 and 140x200). Also, these bedrooms share a simple bathroom (shower) on the same floor. A second bathroom (shower and WC) is situated at the level of the living.

The garden has several terraces on different levels. In the garden are also several ancient olive and clementine trees and a huge bougainville on the facade. Here, the garden offers complete privacy and absolute peace. As the site is divided into several levels, it is less suitable for small children. 

The terrace, also accessible from the living room and the kitchen, is partially covered (a canopy of six meters wide). Two of the three bedrooms have access through sliding doors to a large sunny balcony, with 180-degree view.

The pool is located in a lower part of the garden, which creates an intimate atmosphere. The pool is not large (6x2.60) but provides every imaginable comfort. Two powerful, adjustable cross-currents will provide endless fun in a heated swimming pool. Sitting or lying on the wide staircase that is partly under water, enjoy a wonderful hydromassage by 15 jet streams. Next to the pool is the the sun terrace (45 m2) with olive trees and lazy loungers, which offers a panoramic view over the valley. When dusk falls and the lighting of the pool is activated, you can enjoy the view of the valley with its many lights. It's simply mesmerizing.

Grasse, located 4 kilometers away, is world famous for its perfume and you can often find nice vintage markets there. You can play golf and tennis in Cabris. Cannes can be reached in 20 minutes by car, and Nice with its beaches, great boulevards, shopping possibilities, and restaurants is a 35-minute drive. The Picasso Museum in Antibes is well-worth a visit as is Lake St-Cassien with excellent bathing and many pavilions.
